Join the retreat surrounded by the beautiful green Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve. With yoga, you will dive deeper into your body and mind by doing postures and meditations. You will learn about who you are, creating health, awareness, and stillness to make positive shifts in your nature. You will be given a taste of this experience, start with foundational practices to start with and to take home. Step out of your daily life, turn off your phone, and enjoy the retreat.

The house has a spacious living room with big fireplace. The kitchen is full of vegetarian food and there is a separate yoga space. There are two bathrooms, a private or couples room, a shared room for two, a shared room for four people, and a teacher's room.

Wolfs Yoga has an outdoor swimming pool filled with fresh mineral water from the mountain and a big garden to wander around with meditation spots. The surrounding nature reserve offers beautiful hikes. If you are looking for some quiet time for yourself, this is highly respected.

In this small yoga retreat, located in a beautiful national park in southern Spain, Wolfs Yoga will give you the opportunity to explore your body, mind, and breath. You will explore Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, meditation, pranayama, and relaxation practices. You will have the opportunity to join daily workshops and talks in the studio or in nature. Furthermore, there will be plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings or relax with a book.

No experience is required to learn the yoga basics, only the willingness to work with your body. Classes and workshops in the yoga room or in nature are guided by experienced teachers for optimal support.

On the arrival day, you will have dinner and an evening gathering. During the retreat, you will practice sunrise morning yoga and then have your breakfast, take afternoon sessions before lunch, and go back to the evening practice after enjoying your delicious dinner. On departure day, it is time for you to self-practice.

  • Amwo Wolfs

    Amwo has been on the yoga path since traveling through India in 2008, for his interest in personal development. Traveling the corners of the world, he connected with different cultures, solitude, and shamanic and yogic paths. He has been studying with great teachers like Kino, David Swenson, and many others. In 2015, he graduated as a yoga teacher at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. Since then, he has been teaching to help people with relaxation, healing, and energetic flows.

  • Lot Wolfs

    Lot Wolfs, a registered teacher (RYT 360), had experienced the benefits of yoga and decided to dive deeper into yoga practice. In 2005, her yoga journey began as a way of dealing with the challenges of modern day life. She teaches from experience, creating a safe, challenging, and peaceful environment in a way that gives students space to explore and to be themselves. She currently teaches at Tree Yoga in Amsterdam.

  • Carlijn Claire Potma

    Carlijn, a registered teacher (RYT 500), is guided by that tingly gut feeling or sense of wonder and believes in breaking boundaries. Carlijn spends her days as an artist with the practices of yoga and meditation as interconnecting links. For her, that is what yoga is, a state of intimate connection with life as a whole, nurtured by self-love, guided by intuition, and inspired by nature.

  • Chrisey Den Ouden

    Chrisey, a registered teacher (RYT200hrs), likes sharing her knowledge of traditional Ashtanga yoga with a warm and calm energy from her own daily yoga practice. She lets you explore the body and mind with a dynamic flow of movements and relaxation, to bring positive shifts your life.

Daily meals are included in the price. Wolfs Yoga has a big kitchen with lots of healthy vegetarian food to enjoy. For breakfasts and lunches, you can grab whatever you want. For dinners, you will be cooking in volunteering teams like a small community. You also have fresh, delicious filtered mountain water straight from the tap.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Málaga Airport (AGP). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Wolfs Yoga will pick you up from Málaga Airport (AGP) with the shared cost of 80 EUR or you can pick a taxi with an additional cost of 110 EUR. From Málaga Airport (AGP), you can take a bus, car, or taxi to the village El Burgo where Wolfs Yoga will pick you up.
