Come and join this special yoga retreat to embrace Christmas with moving the body, creating motivated intentions for the mind, and releasing what you do not need to carry around. Relax and explore a variety of yoga styles that will get you back to your spiritual path. Increase your peace of mind and create a calm relaxed energy to live in. The house has a spacious living room with a big fireplace. The kitchen is full of vegetarian food and there is a separate yoga space. There are two bathrooms, a private or couple's room, a shared double room, a shared room for four people, and one teacher's room.
The house also has an outdoor swimming pool filled with fresh mineral water from the mountain and a big garden to wander around with meditation spots. The surrounding nature reserve offers beautiful hikes and if you are looking for some quiet time for yourself you will be highly respected.
During the program, you will dive deeper into your body and mind by doing yoga postures and meditations. You will learn who you are in order to create a healthy being by increasing awareness and stillness to make positive shifts out of your nature. The yoga instructors will give you a comprehensive foundational practice during each yoga session and during the workshops for maximum practice results.
On the arrival day, you will have dinner and evening gathering. You will be doing sunrise morning yoga and have breakfast in each morning. While in the afternoon until evening, there will be afternoon sessions and lunch, dinner, as well as one evening yoga practice. On the departure day, there will be a self-practice session.
Amwo has been on the yoga path since traveling through India in 2008, for his interest in personal development. Traveling the corners of the world, he connected with different cultures, solitude, and shamanic and yogic paths. He has been studying with great teachers like Kino, David Swenson, and many others. In 2015, he graduated as a yoga teacher at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. Since then, he has been teaching to help people with relaxation, healing, and energetic flows.
Harmke, who is a registered teacher (RYT 200), had practiced and studied yoga for over a decade in India. Now, she is sharing her spiritual journey of self-expression and peace of mind with a wonderful calm energy on your journey to health, peace, and happiness.
The retreat will take place in El Burgo, Southern Spain. It is surrounded by the beautiful greens of Sierra de las Nieves. This is the perfect place for you to immerse yourself in nature and step out of your daily stresses and anxiety.

During the retreat, you will be provided with daily vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a big kitchen with lots of healthy vegetarian food to enjoy as well. For breakfast and lunch, you can grab whatever you want. For dinner, you will be cooking in volunteering teams like a small community. For dietary needs or food restrictions, you can directly send Wolfs Yoga an inquiry upon registration.
During your free time, you can swim in the pool, stroll and explore the nature, or just simply sit around the cozy fireplace. You can also take additional yoga or meditation classes with an additional charge of 50 EUR per person for 30 minutes.
Massage and healing treatments are available upon request and cost 50 EUR for 30 minutes per treatment.
Please book your flight to arrive at Malaga International Airport (AGP). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. The transfer service costs 80 EUR and it can be shared with other participants. You can also take a bus or taxi to the village El Burgo where Wolfs Yoga will pick you up. The transfer service from El Burgo is included in the package.
