    The house has a spacious living room with a big fireplace. The kitchen is full of vegetarian food and there is a separate yoga space. There are two bathrooms, a private or couples room, a shared double room, a shared room for four people, and one teacher's room.

    The house also has an outdoor swimming pool filled with fresh mineral water from the mountain and a big garden to wander around with meditation spots. The surrounding nature reserve offers beautiful hikes, and if you are looking for some quiet time for yourself, this is highly respected.

    Yoga and meditation

    During the program, you will dive deeper into your body and mind by doing yoga postures and meditations. You will learn who you are in order to create a healthy being by increasing awareness and stillness to make positive shifts out of your nature. The yoga instructors will give you a comprehensive foundational practice during each yoga session and during the workshops for maximum practice results.

    A typical day

    On the arrival day, you will have dinner and evening gathering. You will be doing sunrise morning yoga and have breakfast in each morning. While in the afternoon until evening, there will be afternoon sessions and lunch, dinner, as well as one evening yoga practice. On the departure day, there will be a self-practice session.

      Delight Yoga Amsterdam Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Ashtanga Yoga)

      Amwo lets you feel and explore the fields of yoga to find a deeper connection. In 2008, he found a deeper connection in India and learned to recover from his sports injuries. While traveling the corners of the world, he connected with cultures, solitude, and shamanism, and studied with great teachers of the traditional yoga lineage. In 2015, he graduated from a year of teacher training at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. He has knowledge of the Ashtanga, Meditation, Nidra, and Yin styles of yoga.

    • Harmke Gerritsma

      Harmke has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and also studied in India. Now she’s sharing her spiritual journey of self-expression and increasing peace of mind with a wonderful calm energy. She looks forward to meeting and guiding you on your journey to health, peace, and happiness. She has knowledge of the Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meditation styles of yoga.

    The retreat which will take place in El Burgo, southern Spain, is surrounded by the beautiful green of Sierra de las Nieves. This is the perfect place for you to immerse yourself in nature and step out your daily life from stresses and anxiety.

    During the retreat, you will be provided daily vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner which are included in the package. There is a big kitchen with lots of healthy vegetarian food to enjoy as well. For breakfast and lunch, you can grab whatever you want. For dinner, you will be cooking in volunteering teams like a small community. For dietary needs or food restrictions, you can directly send Wolfs Yoga an inquiry upon registration.

    Arrival by airplane

    Please book your flight to arrive at Malaga International Airport (AGP). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. You can take a bus or taxi to the village El Burgo where Wolfs Yoga will pick you up. The transfer service from El Burgo is included in the package.
