Manuel Molina de la Torre, “Manu,” is a yoga and movement facilitator, and the developer of the Wholistic Movement method. His passions lie in yoga, fitness and wellbeing, and he has been practicing regularly since 2007 and coaching since 2010. The essence of his work is to make yoga and movement accessible to all, empowering people to pursue and reach their full potential as human beings and to help them to achieve a healthier, more balanced and meaningful lifestyle.
Rossana joyfully offers guided sessions of journaling, meditation, yoga asanas, pilates, Barre, and creative expression to compliment the wonderful retreat offerings with Manu and Samahita. Her guiding style leans toward a light touch with easy and at times cheeky humour, all the while respecting an individual’s sense of self. “We will move, breathe, express, create, and rest with awareness of the breath in a safe and supported environment where compassion, kindness, and non-judgment will inform us. I encourage moving at your own pace, and empowering you to be the ‘master on your mat.’”
