Many people need a bit of rest and recuperation after 2020! What a perfect way to reflect on the lessons given in 2020 and welcome in 2021. Setting new intentions, making new connections, and doing yoga! This retreat is set in gorgeous grounds only 30 minutes' walk from the beautiful white village of Conil de la Frontera with gorgeous coastlines, cafes, and churches.
Wild Warrior Yoga is set within the grounds of a beautiful Andalucian style cortijo set in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields, cows and trees! The extensive gardens have lots of flat spaces to practice yoga and sit in the tranquility of nature. A vine-covered terrace next to the pool is the perfect place to take tea and read the afternoon away.
The house also offers two large living rooms, two dining rooms and five generous sized bedrooms each with their own full-size bathroom. There are fireplaces throughout the house and large bay windows to take in the views of the garden.
On New Year's Eve, you will have a feast and a fire, to bring in the light and shed the layers built up over 2020. On New Year's Day, you will take a beach walk together and maybe even a dunk in the ocean?
Morwenna discovered Ashtanga yoga whilst training as a dancer at The Laban Center in London, it soon became apart of her life, developing alongside her career as a dance teacher, eventually overtaking it all together. Drawing from her dance background and yoga experience, she teaches flowing Vinyasa classes with creative transitions and dynamic sequencing. Imaginative cueing allows her students to gain greater insight into their individual body alignments and develop a deeper awareness of their own physicality.
Lascel was born in Whitechapel in London's East End. It was during his studies as a keen Music Technology student that a traumatic life-changing event eventually led him to his passion for teaching yoga. Lascel's 1000+ hours in various teacher trainings, along with many years of experience as a full-time teacher assisting practitioners of all abilities and dispositions, along with his continued passion for his own practice and continued learning is what inspires him to teach from the heart in a compassionate, dynamic, fun and inclusive style.
