Accommodation

Check-in Time:
15:00
Check-out Time:
11:00

During this retreat, you will be staying at Wild Lotus Camp in either a double tent, twin tent, or family and friends tent. Beach glamping is perfect for lovers of the outdoors. Unplug, recharge, connect with nature. It’s not often you find antique brass beds and English oak furniture comfortably housed within luxury Lotus Belle tents - all just footsteps from the Caribbean Sea. These magical tents are right on the beach. They’re totally off-grid, lit by tiki torches and twinkling strings of solar fairy lights.

You’ll find everything you need in your tented accommodation, comfortable full-size beds, soft towels, plenty of storage space, and even a charger for your phones. You’ll enjoy the refreshing convenience of your own eco-friendly, solar heated, outdoor shower. Your exclusive private shower is attached directly to the back door of your tent, surrounded by exotic flowers, climbing plants, and banana trees. Delightful, locally made, Adirondack beach chairs, along with the option of your own personal beach bar and a campfire make the outdoor accommodation utterly unique.

Program

Beach yoga

Focus your senses on the rhythm of the ebb and flow of the tide, and let yourself float into a meditative state. Practicing on the shoreline encourages a more peaceful pace of thought, where creativity, insight, and connection with others are enhanced.

Rhythmic drum therapy

Feel like a rock star. Cardio drumming is challenging, exhilarating, and euphoric. It’s a fun cardio workout set to music that boosts the immune system and reduces tension, anxiety, and stress. Drum to the beat of positive self-talk and heart-pumping rhythms. One hour later, you’re walking on air.

CBD massage therapy

Luxuriate in a relaxing, healing, and rejuvenating full body deep tissue massage. Watch the masseuse blend Cannabidiol oil with Paracetamol bush and aloe vera that you have freshly picked from the garden to create a powerful pain-relieving balm for your body. (Additional massages are available at an extra cost).

Shinrin Yoku ecotherapy

Soak in the rainforest atmosphere, lower your blood pressure, and boost your immune system. Whether you take a slow hike or simply meditate under the rainforest canopy, 50% of the beneficial health effects of Forest Bathing come from the chemistry of forest air. Take your time, breath, be still, and heal yourself in nature.

Group and individual coaching

Retreats begin and end with the opportunity for creative coaching conversations that kindle the beginnings of a journey of inner exploration, unearthing powerful insights, and sparking positive shifts within yourself. (Additional coaching is available at an extra cost).

Open the door to a truly unique beach accommodation at an undeniably captivating location - Valley Church Beach. Nestled in Lignum Vitae Bay, Valley Church Beach is neighboured only by boutique hillside resorts and private lodges.

%Here, just footsteps away from the Caribbean Sea, is where you can rediscover your spirit and realign with the world.
