Come join Wild Human for a healthy, fun, restorative and challenging weekend as yoga lovers return to the stunning Braziers Park for this annual December retreat. Braziers park is full of magic and history and set in 55 acres of lush English countryside. Feel free to walk around the amazing gardens to the manor house where Ian Flemming (007) grew up. Braziers park is run as an eco home by a wonderful and welcoming community who have an organic small holding and work diligently to keep the history alive.

You are welcome to arrive between 4.00 pm - 9.00 pm on Friday. We have an afternoon of crafts followed by an incredible meal in the dining hall at 6.30 pm. In the evening you will have breathing and meditation with music.

On Saturday, there will be two yoga classes combining Vinyassa / Hatha flow, meditation and pranayama. Mindful eating is encouraged during all of the meals.

On Sunday there will be two yoga classes combining Vinyassa / Hatha flow, meditation and pranayama. Departures will be at 4.00 pm.

    "Her retreats which takes place in beautiful places in Europe got the same positive vibe. They're good, fun and got the right amount of seriousness. Rachel helps with anything you may need help for before and during the trip. The groups are a good size not to big and it's easy to get involved with everyone. At one of the retreats I did, we did some kickboxing too, which was great and in some way it matched the whole yoga vibe too.Really awesome and great retreats, cant recommend these retreats more.     "The Easter weekend retreat at Braziers Park was fantastic. The yoga classes were challenging (especially the pre-breakfast classes!) but great fun and I learnt a lot. We also experimented with different forms of meditation and I particularly enjoyed the art mediation. I was really pleased that we learnt some Thai yoga massage techniques too. All in all it was a lovely weekend with lovely people, lovely food and lovely surroundings! I was very sad to leave on the Sunday afternoon.     "I went to the Yoga retreat in Croatia last year and had an amazing time. Yoga and meditation on a mountain top is incredible and I came back fully recharged. Rachel is an wonderful yoga teacher. Her style is relaxed and accessible for people of all abilities. I love the fact that she will make you comfortable with how much you want to do yourself but will also teach you to challenge yourself and make better progress. There are also times when you need your arse kicked into shape and she's not afraid to do that! Above all, the classes are fun and you will always have a feeling of well being after.I would definitely recommend it especially if you are on a budget.
