All levels, ages, shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome to join this retreat. You will be experiencing more than yoga and surf. This will be about food, fun and belly dancing topped off with a visit to Paradise Valley. You can opt in or out of the yoga and surfing - do as you like, when you like. You can hike, swim, paint, draw, meditate, sleep and even have cooking lessons. You can do as much or as little as you like - take it day by day and relax.
All ages are welcome as participants.
The accommodation is on the surf site within minutes of the sea side. The brand new yoga space and restaurant are wonderful.
This yoga retreat will take place in Taghazout, Agadir, Morocco.
On day 1 to 3, you will wake up at about 06:00 and stretch out before your surf lessons. After you have had your surf lesson, you will return for your lovely breakfast.
You then have free time to relax, meditate, ask questions about your practice, swim, sun bathe, read, explore, get a Thai massage, or a private yoga lesson. Lunch will be served at lunch time and it will be spectacularly Moroccan, followed by free time.
Sunset yoga on the stunning yoga terrace or yoga shala. This includes pranayama and meditation and will be a 2.5-hour practice all together. After that, dinner will be served.
On day 4 and 5, you will wake up for sunrise yoga (2-hour practice), going deep into all aspects of practice. Breakfast will be served and then you will have free time, or go to Paradise Valley. You will have a sunset yoga practice for 2.5 hours which includes yoga Nidra and deep relaxation. Dinner will be served after that.
Flights from Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Agadir Airport (AGA) are only 125 GBP return with Easyjet. Wild Human will pick you up from the airport. This service is included in the price.

There will be optional additional meditations and relations to choose from: walking meditation, art meditation, breath meditation, open eyed meditation, chakra meditation and more.

Rachel is a 500-hour TTC qualified and has been running regular retreats for around 4 years all over the world. Her retreats are always a popular choice since they are never overcrowded and cater for all needs, levels, ages and abilities. Her expertise is in adjustments for different levels of practice, power flow, Vinyasa, Hatha flow, yoga Nidra and pranayama.
Lewis is a 200-hour TTC qualified and has been teaching for 3 years. His expertise is in beginner level instruction, advanced arm balances and flexibility. Both teachers are also martial arts instructors, which is weaved into their practice and teachings.
Healthy Moroccan meals will be served daily. All your meals are included in the price.
Massages are also available at 45 GBP per person for Thai yoga massage, Indian head massage or back, neck and shoulder deep tissue massage. The massages will be with the female yoga teacher who has years of experience in sports injuries, injures and pain relief via yoga and massage.

"The Easter weekend retreat at Braziers Park was fantastic. The yoga classes were challenging (especially the pre-breakfast classes!) but great fun and I learnt a lot. We also experimented with different forms of meditation and I particularly enjoyed the art mediation. I was really pleased that we learnt some Thai yoga massage techniques too. All in all it was a lovely weekend with lovely people, lovely food and lovely surroundings! I was very sad to leave on the Sunday afternoon. Her style is relaxed and accessible for people of all abilities.
