"I discovered this peaceful jewel in the British countryside. It was my very first time in this area, and it was my very first time teaching on a yoga, arts and mindfulness festival.Rachel Cox did create an amazing experience, and i'd be always thankful for the wild adventure! Full of love, laughter and sharing. Thank you Brazier's Park Community, for welcoming us all on your land. I will be there next year, for sure, as I did love so much everything we did with all these beautiful people full of openness! Profound gratitude! From deep in my heart", edited

"I just wanted to say how lovely the Wild Human yoga classes and retreats are. When I first started I needed a little lie down during most classes. At first I felt a little awkward and nearly gave up but Rach gave me lots of encouragement (& of course love) to progress at my own pace.", edited

"I really feel empowered to tell you about my wonderful experiences with our yoga teacher and her yoga retreats.I have been to three of Rachel's Yoga Retreats so far and each has been an incredible journey both spiritually and physically. Rachel's unique training style blends both traditional and innovative flows and movements taking into consideration the body's physical needs from dawn to dusk. Rachel is an extremely well accomplished and learned Yogi with a superb penchant for teaching all abilities, maximising each and every individual and personal capability regardless of age, mobility and even health. By the end of each retreat journey, we all establish long and happy friendships and a wonderful feeling of calm and happiness, ready to take on life's challenges once more...looking forward to our next blissful retreat experience, be it Spain, Malta, Canary Isles, Thailand or India. I hope to inspire your readers and recommendations to sample one of Rachel's lovely retreats.", edited

"Her retreats which takes place in beautiful places in Europe got the same positive vibe. They're good, fun and got the right amount of seriousness. Rachel helps with anything you may need help for before and during the trip. The groups are a good size not to big and it's easy to get involved with everyone. At one of the retreats I did, we did some kickboxing too, which was great and in some way it matched the whole yoga vibe too.Really awesome and great retreats, cant recommend these retreats more. Rachel does a great job.", edited

"I attended a retreat in November 2014 at Braziers Park in Oxford. This was a life changing experience for me. Rachel is really down to earth and unique in her style and way of being. Her big smile and intuitive nature allows yogi's of all levels to ease in with confidence. As well as being affordable, these retreats provide a totally enriching space, leaving yogi's ready to go home feeling totally fantastic! I will be attending as many as I can - next stop, the Wales Retreat in July 2015. I highly recommend you to sign up and experience this; there will be laughter, deep rejuvenating sleep, superb people, fresh air, good food, incredible energy and a wonderful opportunity to explore the self in a safe and loving environment.", edited

"The Easter weekend retreat at Braziers Park was fantastic. The yoga classes were challenging (especially the pre-breakfast classes!) but great fun and I learnt a lot. We also experimented with different forms of meditation and I particularly enjoyed the art mediation. I was really pleased that we learnt some Thai yoga massage techniques too. All in all it was a lovely weekend with lovely people, lovely food and lovely surroundings! I was very sad to leave on the Sunday afternoon. I would definitely recommend a retreat with Rach (Wild Human/Yoga Lovin'), she's bonkers but great!", edited

"It was honestly a 10 out of 10 retreat. It was a fantastic experience, Rach was a great teacher, fantastic location and beautiful group of students. It was a true yoga retreat, not a retreat with a little yoga on the side. Rach gave amazing guidance both emotional and in practice and facilitated such a great environment. Highly recommended to all!", edited

"I went to the Yoga retreat in Croatia last year and had an amazing time. Yoga and meditation on a mountain top is incredible and I came back fully recharged. Rachel is an wonderful yoga teacher. Her style is relaxed and accessible for people of all abilities. I love the fact that she will make you comfortable with how much you want to do yourself but will also teach you to challenge yourself and make better progress. There are also times when you need your arse kicked into shape and she's not afraid to do that! Above all, the classes are fun and you will always have a feeling of well being after.I would definitely recommend it especially if you are on a budget. It is affordable for people who may not otherwise have the means for an expensive retreat.", edited
