    Pepperberry House is located a few kilometers from the center of Airlie Beach, high on a hill overlooking the Whitsunday Islands with panoramic views of the ocean and the valley below. Positioned on the east coast of Queensland, Airlie Beach is an attractive tourist destination offering a desirable tropical climate with ocean breezes throughout most of the year.

    The accommodation is surrounded by State Forrest and encased by nature. It has large decks that wrap around the in-ground glistening infinity swimming pool providing a tranquil setting to focus on your practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

    This retreat offers you Anusara yoga, which is a modern day of Hatha yoga. The yoga practices provide physical benefits whilst bringing peace and calmness to the mind. The practices are designed to connect you more fully with your breath and body, as well as opening up and exploring the potential of the heart.

    Also, you will experience mindfulness meditation which is an effective way to manage stress and bring about self-awareness and connection. Mindfulness is about being in tune with what is happening in each moment, in our thoughts, our bodies, and our emotions. We will enter the world of meditation and explore a variety of techniques.

      Jacky is a natural healer with qualifications and training in mindfulness, MBSR, fitness, health and wellness coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and business management. Jacky is a natural healer and she aims to inspire, empower and motivate as many people as possible. A registered member of the Australian Board of Neuro – linguistic Programming and a dedicated advocate for “Living your best life".

      Meaghan Collins is a senior teacher with Yoga Australia. With more than half her life spent practicing yoga and over 11 years sharing that passion through teaching, she brings a wealth of experience to her classes. Always the student, she has studied under some of the worlds best teachers and continues her studies to bring the best out of herself and her teaching. Her teaching blends the layers of the physical, mental & emotional elements of yoga practice with touching insight to how to use the practices on the mat to get optimum health and happiness off the mat in everyday life.

    Located within the natural beauty of a tropical island, this health and wellness retreat provides both groups and individuals with the optimal environment and freedom to focus upon themselves. Offering the ideal climate and the breathtaking scenery of the Whitsundays, fringing reefs, and crystal blue waters, Airlie Beach is the ideal location to immerse yourself in a 3-day program and make the connection with your mind, body, and soul.

    Driving directions from cities along Brisbane to Craine

    The Bruce Highway is the major road linking Queensland’s coastal cities and towns from Brisbane to Cairns. The Bruce Highway runs through Proserpine and Bowen on the Whitsunday Coast. Airlie Beach is located approximately 20 minutes off the Bruce Highway from Proserpine along Shute Harbour Road. Major coach operators include Airlie Beach in their regular scheduled services from major cities along the coast.

    Arrival by airplane

    The Whitsundays is serviced by two domestic airports. Book your flight to Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI) and have ferry service at the airport to go to the location. Or choose to fly to Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) where buses and taxis are available. You can also arrange either a shuttle service or taxi from the airport, both of these services will transfer you directly to your accommodation in Airlie Beach.
