Each day will begin with a morning yoga session in the vast high desert of the Alabama Hills. Here, with the backdrop of Mt. Whitney and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you will breathe deeply and thank yourselves.

The yoga sessions are designed to enhance mental focus and awareness and to stretch-out all those climbing specific muscles. Afterward, you will divide into groups based on experience levels, and set out to the crags for instruction and climbing fun. Late afternoon, you will return to the campsite to enjoy the beautiful Sierra sunsets, as you cook dinner, refresh yourselves at the creek, and have a merry time at the campfire. All equipment you need can be provided free of charge upon request.
