CONS Cons: Was taken to a sports centre for yoga class instead of staying at retreat. Not very nice

PROS Pros: Peaceful and great for meditation

Organizer response: Thank you for your review. We're pleased you enjoyed your retreat and our facilities and we enjoyed having you stay with us. We would like to make note that the yoga session at the sports centre was an option that was given due to a last minute unforeseen circumstance that meant we weren't able to run a yoga class at the retreat. As one of our instructors hosts a weekly class at the sports centre, an invitation was extended to attend the class or the option was available to stay and relax at the retreat. This was a one off situation and an option we offered under the last minute circumstances. There was no obligation to attend.

"My stay at the Domesretreat was a parenthesis of relaxing and happy moments. The place is beautiful, thanks to the nice domes but also thanks to the fantastic house where we practice yoga and the view on the lake. I enjoyed every single moment spent with the owners Kathryn and Will, an inspiring couple that will make anything to let you an incredible memory of your stay and to teach you simply and generously their knowing about yoga and meditation : no pressure, no competition, just a perfect moment to reconnect with yourself!"

"I was surprised with this mini getaway this past weekend. We were both blown away! It was lovely to get away from it all and just reconnect with each other in such lovely surroundings. It is a lovely spot to just sit. I can't believe it's so close to Brisbane!"

"I did the three-night retreat and came out feeling like a new person. Hosts Kathryn and Will taught everything right. Strawberries on arrival and other little things make your stay extra special. The view from dome is spectacular and it has everything you need. I loved the healthy meals, morning meditation, massage, and yoga. Even if you're not into those stuffs you will still have a great time. The setting is beautiful and the range of wildlife is amazing. Just to name a few, I saw deer, wallabies, eagles, pelicans, and swans. This retreat was very down to earth, easygoing, and it was just what I needed."

"We stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed it very much. The hosts were lovely and food was excellent. There are places of interest to visit in the area too. If you are after a quiet night or nights away then this place would be ideal."
