I have endured a love / hate relationship with yoga for the better part of 20 years and within the last decade, it has proven to be my best friend. I teach a vinyasa based yoga which is suitable for all levels of ability. My style is fun, strong and dynamic and I believe any form of movement should be enjoyed - even when it challenges you! My retreats are designed to help people unlock tension in their back, hips, shoulders and chest through myofascial and breathing techniques with are geared towards developing a mindfulness practice to help reduce stress and anxiety.
