Whether you are exhausted from the daily grind, lost in the sea of work, chores and family life, or simply you want to improve your well-being, this retreat will rejuvenate, recalibrate, and realign yourself so you will feel full of life and love again.

    You will have a 4-night stay at the beautiful and serene +QI MasQi - The Energy House, a world class stylishly remodeled farmhouse. They are an old 19th-century farmhouse that has been reincarnated as a stylish, soulful place that is showcasing the owner's passion for antiques, interior design, and fabrics. The house combines a fusion of styles and there is a story to tell behind each piece of furniture and every corner.

    • 08:00-09:30 Pranayama, meditation, and yoga flow

    • 12:00-13:30 Various workshops (Ayurveda cooking, bach flowers, and cleansing techniques)

      Esmeralda is qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga but she has a very open mind to all styles and believes that different types of yoga fit with the various stages of life. There’s no wrong or right way, her aim is simply to make people feel opened and relaxed by the end of the class. According to her, you are your best teacher and her job is just to pass on her yoga knowledge to help you build your own practice in a safe manner.

    This retreat will take place in Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, Alicante.

    During this retreat, you will be served organic, macrobiotic, and vegetarian meals. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let Wellbeing and Yoga Retreats know in advance.

      "I would go anywhere that you were teaching as you are so vibrant, full of enthusiasm and energy, fun, and open to change. We know we are always going to be doing something different which is good for the soul. I enjoyed the inclusion of meditation and neti pots as part of that. The partner yoga was timed beautifully. I had a great partner and in fact it was one of the most enlightening parts of the weekend. So to summarize, I thought it was brilliant, and I would love to come again."

It was a great balance of challenging yoga, adult-pace walks, healthy delicious food, quiet time (I even managed a luxurious hot bath at 5 in the afternoon on Saturday, which I haven’t done in a long time.), and interesting chats with lovely like-minded people.
