Dionne is qualified as a fitness instructor and tried her first yoga class in 1997. In 2012, she started her own regular yoga practice, thus made her take a yoga teacher training course. Since then, she teaches classes in corporate and fitness center environments as well as private tuition.

We popped by during a business trip, found the place thanks to Tripadvisor and GPS, and it wasn't easy. Arriving at the center, peace and quiet might be the keywords on first sight. We ordered full three-course menu a la carte. The food was lovely and fresh. The vegetarian plates we were especially looking for were delicious. We enjoyed our visit, one and only remarque would be about waiting for the staff, waiting took a bit too long but was personal a lovely. In summary, we had a nice lunch for a reasonable price with nice Spanish wines.
We booked a room for five nights and it's a very quiet and beautiful complex with all facilities you need. There is also a nice restaurant with tasteful food if you want to stay in the hotel for a night. It's well located, within a few minutes, and you're on the main road and the sea side, so you can visit the fantastic surroundings.

I visited the restaurant on a beautiful Saturday night and found the experience excellent. The food was very good and served beautifully. The service was very good and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. The chef is really a master in cooking. The menu was very interesting and everything was so tasty, delicious, very interesting, and well-presented. I visited this restaurant with a friend and we both savored every bite. The food wakes up your taste buds and takes you into a world of a delicious combination of flavors. A must-try one is their tomato soup with a slice of dark rye bread as an appetizer. A rustic presentation in a tranquil setting adds a perfect touch to the whole meal. Thank you for the lovely time!

This restaurant has contributed a lot in the pure, honest, and good taste. The food is simply delicious. The chef has a unique style. Every detail on the plate, as well as the sauces, is put there to offer an experience. The service is friendly and professional and the surroundings are peaceful. Eating the best food and breathing in the fresh air under the pine trees feel like wrapped in with positive energy from inside and out. Furthermore, if you are a vegetarian or vegan, it is totally safe to go eat there. They have a variety of the delicacies for you too.
