Gleb is a passionate therapist who seeks to unite a variety of modalities to establish a holistic sense of the human body. With a life of study in Biomechanics, Nutrition, Life Coaching, Personal Training, Pilates method and Massage Therapy, Gleb has found the union of body, mind and spirit through devoted Yoga practice. The unique combination of this deeply traditional, ancestral discipline with his background in bodywork and modern health training allows him to offer in his classes a sincere opportunity to develop one´s asana and deepen their practice, implementing new techniques.
Cristina is a dedicated Ashtanga yoga teacher. This journey began by practicing Hatha yoga 13 years ago due to spinal problems. A deepening knowledge of raja yoga was acquired through the teachings of Aruna Nath Giri. Cristina learned the different practices of Kriya, Pranayama, and meditation.
