Sea, mountains, and an environment that leads to an inner calm – the north-east of Tenerife is the ideal place to slow down. You will be surrounded by nature and find effective recovery for your mind and body.

Outside the hotel, the Atlantic opens all its wideness and you will hear the sound of the ocean all day long. At the back of the ocean, you can see the evergreen Anaga Mountains.

Way Yoga International stands for a creative yoga style, which also has a strong focus on intelligent alignment and with great emphasis on anatomical safety and joint care for healthy and responsible yoga. Class sizes will range from 10 to 16 students to ensure a quiet learning atmosphere.

Every day will be filled with theoretical and practical knowledge of yoga, yoga practices, and meditative walks on the beach and in the surrounding nature. You will be learning new asanas everyday, not only from your teacher, you will also be practicing to teach classes yourself to ensure you get a maximum of consciousness on how to correctly hold a class.
