  • 14:00 Depart Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)
  • 19:00 Arrive at the retreat home
  • Light dinner will be ready for you when you arrive
  • 20:00 Welcome orientation and introductions
  • Free time to enjoy the hot tub, journal, socialize, or whatever you wish

  • 09:00 Breakfast and pack lunch for hiking in Zion
  • 11:00 Canyon overlook yoga session
  • 13:00 - 17:00 Drop off and pick up at Zion Museum. You will be taking the shuttle into the park to do the hike of your choice. Angels Landing is the most popular, yet challenging hike and that stops at 6:00 p.m. Plan on around three hours. You may do any hike you wish. You will be given a map at the orientation of all the hikes to choose from.
  • 17:00 Back to the museum for transportation back to the retreat home
  • 18:30 Dinner
  • 19:30 Wellness workshop

  • 07:00 Breakfast and pack lunch for Bryce Canyon National Park
  • 08:00 - 13:00 Bryce Canyon National Park. There is a wonderful loop hike that is approximately three miles.
  • 18:00 Arrive back to Salt Lake City

  • Hiking in both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park

We will be providing all meals throughout the retreat. Feel free to bring any food or drinks you wish. Alcohol will not be provided but you are welcome to bring if you would like to enjoy an adult beverage in the hot tub.
