  • 12:00- 17:00 Open hiking time in Zion National Park. Drop off and pick up at the Zion Museum. Pick up will be at 17:00.
  • 19:00 - 20:00 Dinner
  • 20:00 - 21:00 Wellness Workshop “The Habits of Happy People”

Sunday

  • 08:30 Yoga
  • 09:30 Breakfast Buffet
  • 10:00 Pack lunch for hiking
  • 11:00 - 17:00 Hiking in Zion National Park. Drop off and pick up at the Zion Museum Pick up is at 17:00.

  • 21:00 - 22:00 Guided Imagery with optional head massage

Monday

  • 08:30 Yoga
  • 09:00 Pack lunch for hiking. Check out of retreat home
  • 10:00- 12:00 Hiking in Bryce Canyon National Park with lunch

We will be providing all meals throughout the retreat. Feel free to bring any food or drinks you wish. Alcohol will not be provided but you are welcome to bring if you would like to enjoy an adult beverage in the hot tub.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
