I attended the beginners four week course in yoga and found it very enjoyable. As someone who is very interested in inner development but new to yoga, I felt that the course was simple enough to understand yet really captured the essence of meditative practice. Despite being part of a class, Wai made it feel very personal by advising us to focus on our own personal journey through yoga and to recognise one's own unique flow. I feel that the course has given me a good platform to continue to build on my personal practice. I would definitely recommend it!
