"My course was cancelled less than a week before it was due to start without a reason being given upfront other than "a small problem". I was told that my only option was to transfer to another school they had organized, no refund, no other alternative other than "change your flights". The new course dates didn't line up with the original course dates so I ended up missing a week of classes at the end and having to fork out additional expenses to wait around in Nepal for an extra week in the beginning waiting to start lessons. They didn't answer their phones when I tried to call. Their emails were in very basic, poor English which made trying to decipher what was actually going on very difficult. As an additional treat, I commented on a negative FB review for the school and someone from Vyasa Yoga Peeth then added me on Facebook and had a go at me via Facebook messenger. I'm not really sure if they don't care about their business or they are just a scam? One other girl at the new school had also been transferred from Vyasa Yoga Peeth. my assumption being that as they only had two enrollments they decided to pull the plug at the last minute. Not an ideal situation to be dealing with only via internet in Tibet en route to the course."

"Training at Vyassa yoga Peeth was an incredible journey for me. It opened up my heart and mind to begin to understand the true meaning of yoga. There is so much more to this spiritual pathway then I could have ever imagined. Every single teacher there was so supportive and inspiring, helping us every single step of the way. We got to experience the local culture, meditate by the Ganges and be immersed into the world of yoga. I would recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about beginning or continuing their own journey. Thank you Vyassa yoga Peeth I will always treasure the time I spent training at your school and I definetley plan to return in the future. Namaste"

"A great 7 days crafted program for 2 yoga and meditation beginners. We are yoga and meditation beginners and we wanted a 7 days program to improve our practices."

"We were eally happy with the full program crafted for us : we had a teacher for pranayama/breathing, a teacher for hatha yoga, a teacher for philosophy and a teacher for meditation. "

"We enjoyed the teachings of everyone. Every teacher was really dedicated to us and we learnt everything that was possible in a week, so that we could practice and improve back home. The room were fine, cleaned very often and we had AC at night! "Always smiling" Tuna, the manager of the school, was always here to make sure our teachings went well and even welcomed us at his home to enjoy a great meal with the other students and the teachers!"

"We also had the surprise to visit Vasistha cave and to assist a fire ceremony with a swami and other students. We fully enjoyed each day spent and we would be glad to be back to enjoy the teachings and of course Tuna's smile and humor!"

It is located amid beautiful place on the hills and beside a river. The teachers were really very experienced and very good. They were perfect in teaching and very caring too. They paid attention to every student to make sure the yoga practices were done correctly. I liked their accommodation too. The food was awesome. Herbal tea was really great. The co-learners were helpful too, though no one from my region enrolled in the particular session. However, I met learners from Colorado, Caribbean, Poland and more. Would love to go there again and learn advanced courses."

"I have recently completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. My overall experience has been a fantastic one that I will never forget. The teachers are all very well educated and knowledgeable in a variety of areas. Each class has been very informative and I feel like I have gained a lot of important and necessary information to start practicing as a beginners yoga teacher. The accommodation was excellent; a private room with a private bathroom is exactly what I needed here in India. All the staff are very friendly and helpful at the hotel and they make you feel welcomed. All meals were provided and were very good. Each day was more or less the same food but if you want to eat out its very easy to find a restaurant close by. I would highly recommend this school and I am looking forward to study with Tuna Khatua again in the future. If you want to have a real yoga and Indian culture experience, this is the school to come to.Thank you for everything, my Indian experience has been wonderful because of all of you at Vyasa Yoga Peeth."

"The 200-hour yoga teacher training had been a really good experience. I learnt a lot of different things. It is an interesting course, because they dont teach just practice, they teach you much more. I didnt know anything about the philosophy of yoga and now I think is the most important. The Teachers are great, each of them. They had been our family in those days. I have to do a special mention about Tuna ji - he is now more than a teacher, he is a good friend. He has shown us about Indian culture. We had a really fun time. I am very happy with everything. The food is very good but they did not change the menu frequently ."

"I am so grateful to my special teacher, Tuna ji. He has been more than a teacher, now I can feel that he is a great friend of us."

"All the staff has been very helpful in every moment when I needed of them. The food was very good at first, but after one week I started to feel very bored because it was always the same."
