Vyasa Yoga Peeth offers 15 days advanced intensive course that comprises of vast study and practice of the traditional art discovered and developed in ancient India. In this course, the topics taught and discussed are almost similar to other courses but have some modifications to accommodate it in fast learning technique. The Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, the inner and external pranayama series, Sivananda yoga, classical Hatha yoga and all other practices are done intensively in a short time.

The accommodation rooms are built in ashram style equipped with 24/7 Wi-Fi and all basic and modern amenities are allotted to the students. Both private and double rooms with attached washrooms are available. Sharing the purest location, the accommodation is situated amid lush green surroundings. Vyasa Yoga Peeth provides private rooms with attached bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. The yoga school has wide area space for gardens, a cafeteria, and Wi-Fi facilities. It is surrounded by huge Himalayan mountains and lush green valley in the foot hills of Himalayas in Laxman Jula, Rishikesh. It is a place of calm, therefore students can immerse themselves in beauty and silence while offering their mind a rich source for inspiration.

Pyramid bungalows

Vyasa Yoga Peeth has very limited pyramid type bungalows which are nicely furnished with modern facilities in it. It is said that pyramid power is supernatural. It has the power to receive cosmic energy. The rooms are always fresh and natural. To live here is to feel calm and improve health function.

Standard rooms

All Vyasa Yoga Peeth's standard rooms are in the new building blocks with beautiful and peaceful environment as well as a nice garden view. All rooms are bright, fresh, clean, big, comfortable, and well-furnished. It features mountain views. Each room has bathroom with shower, basin, and western toilet. There are also writing and coffee tables.

The yoga therapy and cleansing taught here helps in overcoming common diseases. The deep meditation part also helps in getting enlightenment and keeping fresh and fit.

This 15-day yoga retreat also makes you practice waking up early in the morning at around 05:30 and sleeping before 22:00 as the meditation time starts at 06:00 in the morning and dinner is given at 21:00.

All participants are requested to be punctual based on the timetable and to attend all yoga course programs. There will be no classes on Sunday. During the classes, mobile phones, cameras, and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.

There will be four lessons per day. The first lesson is about Kriya and mantra, the second one is about yoga, the third one is about pranayama and yoga therapy, and the last one is about philosophy and anatomy and physiology. The schedule of the retreat is described as follows:

Healthy and nutritious food is served three times a day. Menu keeps on changing every day, but the focus on health and nutrition is followed uninterruptedly.
