200-hours of training course

Consists of theory and practical classes in basics of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with knowledge of all contemporary styles of yoga, here you can learn innermost real essence of yoga which mentioned in the traditional books, Vedas, Bhagvat gita, Puranas, Upanishads and how yoga got modified in to different styles and all contemporary styles of yoga.

You can learn all yoga styles includes traditional ancient styles and different modern techniques of asanas( poses), pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Yogic diet along with a cooking demonstration. You can read more in the syllabus.

Two types of courses

200-hour certificate course for 29 days of traditional Hatha yoga in-depth with different meditation Techniques, swara yoga, prana Vidhya, different types of yoga Nidra, anatomy, and physiology of yoga in depth, adjustment, and Alignment, asanas sequencing, daily practical and theoretical classes, various teaching methodology, and scientific research papers in yoga, from Monday to Saturday along with organic yogic diet for three times a day and 28 nights of accommodation.

200-hour 28 days of certificate course of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga with applied anatomy and physiology of yoga, adjustment, and alignment, asanas sequencing, Vinyasa flow along with meals for three times per day and 27 nights of accommodation.


The duration of the course is 29 days and 28 days of 200-hour teacher training program, it includes theory and practical sessions from Monday to Saturday. After the completion of the course, the students will get their completion certificate. They can start their own yoga center, give yoga therapy to the public.
