If you are looking to expand your professional yoga career with certified training or want to develop a greater self awareness and energetic change, then join this transformational yoga teacher training held by Vita Yoga. This one-month, level 1, intensive training will be held in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia. The goal of this training is to bring future yoga teachers in a position to teach beginner and intermediate students with responsibility, knowledge, and self-confidence in order to help create a healthier and more peaceful planet Earth.

You will be staying in shared accommodation at Heartspace House, a 10 minute stroll to your training.

​Everyday for 10 hours in the span of 3 weeks is the general time allocation for the 200-hour teacher training. To honor the time commitment of the facilitators and the students, you are advised to listen carefully and follow the teachers' instruction at all times, and to ask the teacher to clarify any direction if you do not understand.

The goal of Vita Yoga's 200-hour teacher training (TTC level 1) is to bring future yoga teachers in a position to teach beginner and intermediate students with responsibility, knowledge, and self-confidence. You can consult with the teacher if you have any doubt or concerns about a particular pose or about your ability to participate in the class.

You may receive physical assists or adjustments to enhance or correct your body posture during classes, by either the teacher or an assistant in class. You will take accountability for alerting the teacher or assistant if you do not want to receive any adjustments.

Also, it is important to note that you must ensure the protection of Vita Yoga’s copyrights, you shall neither distribute nor permit a third party to copy or distribute any of Vita Yoga’s training materials.

    Russell teaches yoga from his heart and wants you to feel the true integrity of a yoga class and to discover a more authentic yoga experience through his teaching journey and philosophies. He brings with him over 12 years of experience in yoga practice and is in his fifth year of teaching, creating his second teacher training for yoga students who are looking to further their connection to mind, body, and breath. Russell has trained over 2000 hours by Yogacharya Master, Mr. Bharath Shetty who has taught over 50 teacher trainings in Mysore, India.

Your teacher training will take place at Heartspace Byron Bay, Australia. The venue is near Belongil Beach.
