Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
The course contains 5 contact hours of live sessions via Zoom and 195 non-contact hours of recorded videos, study books, self-practice, and self-study. There will be live streaming software for which access will be given to all students. The technical team will help every student individually to set up this software on your PC, mobile, or tablet. It is very easy and user friendly where all students will have the same access to your yoga trainer in high-definition video quality. The classes will be from Monday to Saturday.
After every session, there will be free time where you can clear your queries with your trainer directly. If you even miss any session, a recorded video of that session will be shared after completing class so in case you wish to go through with any session again, you can do it anytime. Only students will have access to their yoga classes conducted by their trainer.

The word 'pranayama' has two etymological explanations. It has been in interpreted as a combination of the words pranayama. The word ‘prana’ means the ‘vital force’. The word ‘ayama’ means 'expanding the dimension'. So, in the first sense, pranayama means expanding the dimension of ‘vital energy’. The word ‘yama’ means 'restraint' or 'control".
So, here pranayama refers to the 'control’ or ‘restraint’ of prana. In pranayama (yogic breathing), here the students will learn the clear concepts and practices of pranayama including different breathing exercises mentioned in Hatha yoga and with benefits and contra-indications.

Ashish is well-versed with asanas and in teaching them to his students. He has been teaching in Rishikesh and other parts of the country for the last seven years. Ashish studied yoga at the famous International Vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketandham in Rishikesh. He has obtained his masters' degree in yogic sciences from Sanskrit University in Uttarakhand. He has also attended several workshops and seminars on physical education, sports training, and yoga in various parts of the country. Teaching Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow, and adjustment alignment of postures.
Vikas is an award-winning Vinyasa teacher who has most recently competed in the World Yogasan Championship. Vikas has studied yoga at the famous International vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketandham in Rishikesh. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in yogic science, developing his knowledge and his passion further along by following in the footsteps of gurus in Rishikesh. Tanushree Rawat is responsible for teaching asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras and other yoga forms. Tanushree obtained her post-graduate in Yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar in 2011. She continued her education by obtaining a Masters of Science in Yogic Science in 2013. Furthermore, Tanushree completed her six-months certificate training from Ved Niketan Ashram and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul.
