Explore the cultural heritage of the Kathmandu Valley; walk through the Himalayas mountain range to reach the city of Ghorepani in the Myagdi district; Visit the Chitwan National Park, home of the Indian rhinoceros and meditate in the city of Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. Meditation and yoga are universal practices that can be performed by anyone, regardless of beliefs or religion. It is a tool that sensitizes you to the experience of the present and prepares you to live in equanimity. You will stay at different accommodations throughout the tour:
Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (KTM). Welcome by the team and direct transfer to the hotel in Kathmandu. You will have time to visit the local market to enjoy the stunning views of the sunset before a welcome dinner that reflects the typical Nepalese culinary culture. Welcome ceremony and guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. You will visit the Swayambhunath temple, located on top of a hill, the Hindu and Buddhist temple offers stunning views of the valley from above. The following is the Pashupatinath Hindu site, well known among Hindus around the world. Moving towards the center of the city, you explore the cultural riches of Kathmandu Durbar Square and finally, you'll go to Boudhanath where you enjoy the calm environment that surrounds the region. Guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. Flight to Pokhara and road to Nayapul - Tikhadhunga. Stay at the lodge (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. Walk from Tikhadhunga to Ghorepani, 5 hours walking until you reach the lodge (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. Early in the morning Walk to Poon Hill (3,210 meters) to see the sunrise with excellent mountain views and trek to Tadapani (2,630 meters) 6/7 hours walking until you reach the lodge (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. Walk to Ghandruk (2,360 meters) from 4 to 5 hours of walking at night until you reach the lodge (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Guided meditation.
Yoga and meditation session. Walk to Nayaul (3,230 meters) 7 hours walking until you reach the Lodge in Pokhara (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Guided meditation.
Road to Chitwan. Yoga and meditation session. The trip takes the winding road to Hetauda from where you merge with the East-West highway heading west towards the picturesque city of Parsa. The trip is lovely, adorned with pleasant views of the landscapes and the calm rivers that go to Chitwan. Accommodation in Chitwan. Guided meditation.
Safari day in Chitwan. Yoga and meditation session A day full of lovely wildlife adventures as you head straight to the heart of the wildlife sanctuary in Chitwan National Park. The oldest national park is the host of a wide variety of wildlife that includes one-horn rhinos, lazy bears, Langur monkeys, wild boars, leopards, jungle cats, deer, and the majestic Royal Bengal tiger. You also make time for a pleasant canoe ride along the banks of the Rapti River, where the Gharial is located. Overnight in Chitwan. Guided meditation.
Road to Lumbini (birthplace of the Buddha). Yoga and meditation session. You're headed towards the quiet city of Lumbini. One of the shortest days of your trip, leaving Chitwan through the Mahendra highway that runs through the Terai plains. Accompanied by the lush green forests, you take several quiet rivers along the trip while heading towards Lumbini. Guided meditation.
Day visit in Lumbini. Yoga and meditation session. The day you will visit the Lumbini birthplace of Buddha, Akhand Deep and the monasteries that are built in different countries. Guided meditation.
Road to Kathmandu. Yoga and meditation session. The last day of the hike and you return to the valley. After breakfast, you begin your journey surrounded by breathtaking mountain landscapes; Trishuli River that accompanies you all the way back to the valley. Back in Kathmandu, you head straight to the hotel where a lovely farewell dinner awaits you.
Last day of the trip. Yoga and meditation session. Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport just in time for return flight or next destination.

She is certified with RYT-500 and has taught more than 800 hours of yoga classes registered with the Yoga Alliance in the last five years. She also practices psychoanalysis in Mexico City, France and is a pedagogue. Mélanie Berthaud teaches yoga every day in Mexico City and addresses yoga as an art, a science, and a philosophy.

He has more than 700 hours of experience as a yoga and restorative movement instructor. He also has experience in the organization of yoga retreats and off-sites in Mexico.
Ganesh is one of the most experienced trekking guides in the main destinations of Nepal: Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, Manaslu, Mustang, Kanchenjunga, and Dolpo. Beginning as a porter, he is today a well-established trekking guide in Nepal. He speaks English well and has a license as a trekking guide issued by the Ministry of Tourism of Nepal and is also certified for first-aid treatment at high altitude. He accompanies you along the path, following your rhythm without a hint of impatience, let the path immerse you in the beauty of the Himalayas.
