Clémence is from France. Former professional dancer she is now a Yoga teacher registered with Yoga alliance and Stott Pilates Instructor. She first came to yoga through it's physical aspect but then got drawn to it's philosophy and way of life. She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa classes adapted to each person's needs and goals. Experiencing the many positive effects that yoga and pilates had on herself she is enthusiastic to share them , helping others reach a state of physical and mental well-being.
Yoga has been an important part of my life since I first discovered it’s wonders whilst at university. Not only did it help me to manage my stress levels, it also allowed me to flourish into a more mindful and compassionate human being. I was inspired by my previous yoga teachers to, complete my 200hr training in India, whereby I trained first hand from incredible teachers at the birthplace of yoga: Rishikesh. I am grateful for the knowledge and wisdom shared by my teachers, to which I will pay my duties on and spread this knowledge of intentional and meaningful living.

"Lovely yoga retreat in beautiful location"
My stay at Villa Konstantin was wonderful - very relaxing, with amazing yoga classes with Luana. The retreat was arranged so that you could add more yoga classes if interested, or reserve time to explore the island. Classes were small, and tailored to the interests and experience-level of the participants. The location was very good, and the rooms are beautiful. The owner, Sharon, made sure all of the guests felt at home. I would highly recommend this retreat.

"Excellent and private yoga and unbeatable host"
The owner of Villa Konstantin is a gem. It was a very private vacation due to the time of the year with barely any guests. I was greeted and care for extremely friendly including an upgrade to a suite. Sharon with her preparation and call ahead made me feel right at home and gave great advice to spend time in Mykonos away from the yoga room. Clemence, my teacher was very qualified and catered to all my Needs and wishes which made this retreat extremly benefical for my Health and spirit. Great Combo and I will certainly try to come again!

"Wonderful stay and really good course"
During my stay i was mostly alone in the course. This made it possible to try out new poses and in improving the exercises and finding my way.
Yoga is not just the poses you do, but also the inner journey. This is important to me, and has be wonderfully addressed by my teacher.
Clemence is a wonderful person and an incredibly trained and experienced yogi.
I can only recommend the classes she has been given.
The surrounding villa with Sharon and her staff made everything so that the stay is a pleasant and relaxing one. She is a real host and an embodiment of english and greek hospitality.
a traveler United Kingdom
My stay at Villa Konstantin was my favourite part of our vacation. The owner of the hotel Sharon was so welcoming and made us feel like home. We stayed in a lovely family room and just loved it. The room was always clean , we had a lovely breakfast and spent a lot of time at the pool. If you get a chance to visit Mykonos you must go and stay at Villa Konstantin.

I was fortunate to take another short trip to Europe and was able to stop in Mykonos on my way. It was a different time of year, much cooler than my last trip in May, 2016, but still just as inspiring and beautiful. I was very happy to stay, once again at Villa Konstantin. The property is comfortable and lovely and the views, spectacular. Add to that, daily yoga classes at the villa's beautiful yoga studio. Sharon, the villa’s proprietress, and her staff are warm and accommodating and certainly make a guest feel like a welcomed family member. It has become one of my favorite places and feels like my home away from home. I look forward to returning with friends for my third visit to Villa Konstantin, this fall.
I stayed here on a Yoga trip abroad, where I was teaching yoga retreats. I was the resident yoga instructor for a little over a week. On my last evening, I stayed in one of the rooms and I have to say it was the most beautiful place I stayed in all of Europe. The facilities and rooms were clean, quaint and had the best view in all of Mykonos! Don't even get me started on the pool area, absolutely gorgeous!
It was such a short walk to town, but far enough away where you had constant peace and quiet if you wanted it. The added yoga was a plus! The breakfast was perfect and the best part was the incredible family that lived on premises. I have never learned more about love and good energy in such a short period of time. These people really care, and that means a lot when you are traveling. Owning a hospitality business myself, I understand about customer service and this family has the best! It was one of the best experiences of my life.
Thank you Sharon! You and your family are the absolute best. See you again!!
