Vikara Lifestyle Ecuador Yoga Retreat Program

This retreat's aim is to awaken your inner goddess through personal growth and sisterhood while focusing on practices that make you move inside and out, truly listen to your body and quiet your mind so that you can connect with your soul and rediscover your true self.

This retreat encourages connection and community but also invites you to make this your ideal experience. Come just as you are and share it. Give yourself permission to be all of you and recognize yourself in all of your sisters.

This retreat caters exclusively to women to awaken the goddess within. It is designed to help you reconnect to your innate magical powers as a woman by recognizing and embracing your gifts. You will explore the chakras to open the channels to align and manifest the divine goddess within.

You will explore the seven chakras through daily meditation and yoga practice, workshops using a variety of bodyweight movements, mantra circle, exploring the law of attraction, and education on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

When the chakras are aligned, you feel grounded and stable, in touch with your sensual and creative energies, emotionally balanced, kind and compassionate, able to communicate and express yourself and ultimately connected to the divine.

There will also be three women’s circles during the week. The gatherings are an opportunity to share experiences on a deeper level and to build trust and meaningful connections with your sisters.
