This 11-day teacher training is hosted in a beautiful beachfront yoga center right on the virgin beaches of southern Mexico. This is the ideal place to experience silence and stillness and it will be an excellent atmosphere for introspection and the study of yoga, all while growing in your spiritual path as a yogi, and enjoying this paradise. You will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge that will facilitate you to create habits that help you deepen your practice of Conscious Hatha so that as a teacher you can transmit the great art of yoga with foundations and clarity.
The accommodations are included with your registration. Each student has their own bed and each room has two beds and fans. Some bathrooms are shared, and all have hot water.
Everyone stays in the same house, which is a beautiful home on the beach with a pool, palm trees, and many green areas.
The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
Beyond the Asanas is a holistic and comprehensive approach to the practice of yoga. In this course, you will cover the physical aspect (anatomy and biomechanics), the mental aspect (breathing techniques and pranayama), and of course, the spiritual aspect (meditation, reflection, and contemplation).
The purpose of exploring these areas is to develop a transformative and enriching practice that provides you with tools to guide yourself or your students on a path of understanding and discernment within the yoga practice or other movement and rehabilitation techniques.
If you already have experience practicing and teaching, this workshop will clarify your path.
If you are not a teacher but you enjoy immersing yourself for 11 days in an environment of introspection, knowledge, and practices, delving into your mental, postural, and emotional habits and creating awareness and transformation, you can benefit greatly from this 100-hour workshop.
Basic knowledge of anatomy is important for this course. If you don't have it, Vida Yoga Center can help you by sending you an app and some notes to familiarize yourself with before your arrival.
All topics will be addressed from a restorative, regenerative, and reparative perspective, as well as from an activation, strength, stability, dynamism, and determination perspective.
