Yoga Retreats (1)
Victoria has taught yoga in Taiwan, India, and Portugal, training yoga teachers and running workshops and retreats abroad. Her most recent training has led her to develop a teaching style based on somatic movement using Vinyasa sequencing. Her teaching style also consists of fascial integration for alignment and adjustments from the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary and intermediate series. With extensive training in pranayama and a background in Ayurvedic massage and Reiki level 1, Victoria’s teaching approach focuses on how to heal the mind and body through yoga and other related practices.
Pedro has specialized internationally in AcroYoga attending and/or promoting regular jams, as well as workshops, immersions, and retreats in various areas allied to AcroYoga, Thai yoga massage, and yoga. Pedro’s first contacts with yoga were in 2016 and in 2017 had the first contact with AcroYoga. Since then, he started to combine years of knowledge on sports activities along with the yoga life philosophy resulting in a complete, balanced, and harmonious way of life.
Reshma is inspired by the tradition of T.K.V Desikachar and continues to study with Leslie Kaminoff whose distinctive practices and approach to yoga challenges her to explore yoga through a variety of lenses. Her experience in the realm of yoga, yoga therapy, anatomy, and bodywork has enabled her to lead teacher training, workshops, retreats, and personal classes for different schools and her own, nationally and internationally.
