This yoga and culinary adventure takes place in Sardinia, Italy. Sardinians have kept the island secrets long enough! Internally, the island has dramatic rough terrain with jagged cliffs and sharp drastic contours, perfect for hiking vacations and health retreats. The transparent, crystal-clear sea that surrounds the island smooths out the rough edges. The result is sublime. The island is a mecca for adventurers, nature enthusiasts, and sun-loving worshipers.

Unlike any other Mediterranean island, Sardinia offers many water and land sports to muse opportunists. The nucleus of the islands’ allure is the residents, who maintain a strong connection to their rich history. The Italian and Catalonian influence blends wonderfully with the age-old development of folklore customs and traditions of centuries passed. It’s truly an oasis in Sardinia that calms the mind through health retreats and lift up the spirits on hiking vacations.
