Every night, you will look forward to a peaceful evening in the regions best sleeping quarters. Depending on the area, you will stay at a hotel, bed and breakfast, villa, or a royal estate. L'Hotel in Pietra

L'Hotel in Pietra is a beautiful 13th-century church conversion. It is perched high up in the Sasso, Materas old town quarter built into caves. All the 8 rooms are different, imaginative conversions of the unusual spaces the old buildings provide.

Torre del Parco

Torre del Parco is located in the heart of Lecce and it is a Medieval and Renaissance symbol of the city. It has a tower and is surrounded by a deep moat. The rooms of the historic house are located in the old convent, which was built in 1600 on the walls of the 15th century manor.

Day 1 - Positano

  • After settling in, you can go on a casual walk to get to know Positano, the beautiful and historic town that John Steinbeck called a dream place.
  • Then, you will have dinner accompanied by a tasting of the sweet limoncello, made from the finest and freshest lemons in the Amalfi Coast.
  • Meal plan: Merenda and dinner.

Day 2 - Yoga, Capri

  • After a session of morning yoga, you will take a ferry to Capri and have picnic lunch at Villa Jovis, the Emperor Tiberiuss summer home.
  • You can then explore the Roman ruins and take a scenic walk to visit a world-famous faraglioni.
  • Afterwards, you will have dinner on your own in Positano.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch.

Day 3 - Hiking, free afternoon

  • To start the day, you will go on a morning hike along the Path of the Gods, also known as il Sentiero degli Dei.
  • Afterwards, you will enjoy a free day in Positano.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and dinner.

Day 4 - Matera

  • After a morning yoga practice, you bid farewell to Positano and set off toward Matera, stopping in historic Battipaglia and the beautiful Gallipoli Cognato Piccole Dolomiti Lucane Regional Park, named because of the similarities of its mountains to the Dolomite mountain range further north in Italy.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch.

Day 5 - Yoga session, cooking class or hike

  • Take part on the morning yoga session, to start the day off right.
  • Then, choose how to spend your day; you will have three exciting options: you can tour the prehistoric Sassi caves, go on a hike through the gorgeous Park of Rupestrian Churches, or take a cooking class in one of the famous caves in Matera.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch.

Day 6 - Yoga session, free day

  • After a morning yoga session to start the day, spend a free day in Matera.
  • Immerse yourself in the city for one more night before you say arrivederci in the morning.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and dinner.

Day 7 - Puglia

  • After breakfast, you will transfer from Matera to Puglia.
  • On the way, there will be an optional stop at Grottaglie, an ancient Albanian settlement and the home of Puglia's earthenware production since the 10th century.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and dinner.

Day 8 - Yoga session, Lecce

  • Enjoy a morning yoga session before beginning your day in Lecce.
  • Choose from a tasting of locally made olive oil, an excursion to the historic Santa Maria di Leuca and its famous lighthouse, or a walking tour of the unique city center.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and lunch.

Day 9 - Free day in Lecce

  • Take a morning walk around the city before the hustle and bustle of daily life takes over.
  • You will then have a free day in Lecce.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast.

Day 10 - Alberobello

After breakfast, you will be transfered to Alberobello, the home of the famous trulli houses. On the way, you will stop at the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve to have lunch and stretch your legs.

Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 11 - Yoga session, excursion

  • After a session of morning yoga, choose from three different excursions for your day in Alberobello.
  • You can take a guided walking tour of the city including the fairy tale-like trulli, visit a local agriturismo, or enjoy a gastronomic tour of Alberobello and learn how to make traditional Apulian cuisine, which is a unique blend of Italian and Greek cuisine.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast and dinner.

Day 12 - Yoga session, departure

  • One last morning yoga session before breakfast.
  • Then, you say a fond goodbye to southern Italy.
  • Meal plan: Breakfast.
  • Casual walk thought Positano
