The villa is located in a beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool and sea view. It offers yoga and chillout areas in the garden and by the swimming pool, yoga room, and dance floor. Guests can access the sea from the garden gate, and the closest beach, Niu Blau, is 500 meters away and can be reached by walking along a beautiful coastal path. There are five rooms for 13 guests, four bathrooms and one toilet in the villa, and three apartments for 14 guests.

Program

Yoga improves your health, gives you mental and physical strength, protects you from injury, detoxifies your body, and helps you to lose weight. Yoga also helps you to create a strong and flexible body, glowing beautiful skin and gives you peace of mind. Yoga is often understood as only being a series of asanas (yoga poses). As such, its benefits are only perceived to be at the body level, and you fail to realize the immense benefits yoga offers in uniting the body and mind through breath.

​Yoga and meditation have the power to improve your intuitive ability so that you spontaneously realize what needs to be done, when, and how to yield positive results. It does work. You only need to experience it yourself. Remember, yoga is a continuous process. So keep practicing. The deeper you go into your yoga practice, the more profound will be its benefits. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier, and more fulfilling. You will be living with greater awareness, intuition, better relationships, better flexibility and posture, and increased energy.

Types of yoga

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. He claimed to have learned the system from his teacher, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. The style is hot and energetic, synchronizing breath with movements. The individual poses (asanas) are linked by flowing movements (Vinyasas). Jois established his Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in 1948. The current style of teaching is called Mysore style after the city in India where the practice was originally taught. Ashtanga yoga students are expected to memorize a sequence.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes breathing sequences and flowing between different poses. Many forms of yoga include Vinyasa by emphasizing flowing in between poses and breathing as you move through the poses. Vinyasa yoga is sometimes referred to as flow yoga. Students flow quickly from pose to pose in a dynamic, almost dance-like movement. Each movement corresponds to inhalation or an exhalation.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. It can be practiced by everyone, no matter what shape or age. It is welcoming kids, mums and dads, singles, seniors, athletes, people who work long hours mostly sitting, and people who have very stressed lives or want to stay healthy, young and flexible, no matter what.

Meditation

Meditation essentially means to be aware and to have focus or direction. When you learn to live your life with awareness, to live consciously, and to make conscious choices, your whole becomes a meditative experience.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
