Food

As the Mozambican writer Mia Couto said: "Cooking is not a service ... it is a way of loving others" ... This is when I take command of the pots, knives, ingredients, and everything I need to make my art, or, as I call it, aromatic sensory cuisine. However, the most important ingredient, and that can never be missed, is love. It is with love that I season each dish, in addition to the knowledge and techniques I have learned throughout my life.

Passionate about cooking from a very young age, I have training in the production of French crepes in Bretagne (Greta de Bretagne) and Thai cuisine in Chiang Mai (We Love Green). I have grown up in an Italian family in Brazil, with a long culinary tradition, where I learned to cook in a simple, varied and sophisticated way. I am self-taught in Lebanese, Indian, Peruvian and French pastries. I have knowledge in wines, having lived in France for 10 years, and living with a family of former winemakers in the Montpellier region.

From my experience as a yoga instructor I studied Ayurveda, with which I have knowledge of alchemy and the therapeutic properties of herbs, aromas, and foods and their benefits on the physical and subtle body. My aromatherapy knowledge will inspire me to take advantage of the potential of essential oils to flavor dishes.

In general, we have for the summer season: fish-based dishes (ceviches, paellas, muquecas, pokes, noodles, etc.), Thai and Indian-inspired dishes (vegetarian or with fish), nutritious salads (vegetables, nuts with delicious sauces), vegetarian burgers, etc.
