I lead my life lightly and very positively, always trying to give my best in everything I do. I am passionate about the art of movement (contemporary dancer in my teens) and culinary art from a young age. A yoga practitioner for more than 17 years and a yoga teacher for 10 years. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Liquid Flow, and Pre and Postnatal yoga. Yoga for me is a tool of self-knowledge that allows me to continually expand the consciousness of the great Unity that we form with the Universe.
