Vedic Arogya Ashram is located in a beautiful and peaceful place next to Godaveri National Botanical Gardens. It is situated 30 minutes away by bus in a quiet village outside Kathmandu. The forested surroundings and views of the colorful hills offer an ideal atmosphere for the practice of yoga and meditation.
Nature walk to the temples, monasteries, and gardens are the part of daily ashram program. Basic accommodation is available for those who wish to experience life at the ashram or undergo treatment. The accommodation includes separate male and female shared dorm rooms, private rooms for couple, single rooms, shared showers and toilet blocks, and solar hot water bathing.
