Pragya earned a bachelor’s degree in yoga science from Patanjali University in Haridwar and finished a 300-hour yoga instructor training program at Swami Vivekananda University in Bangalore. She has expertise in Therapeutic Yoga techniques for a variety of illnesses and ailments, including diabetes, obesity, GI tract, psychosis, spinal issues, rheumatology, cerebral palsy, hypertension, hypo/hyperthyroidism, and insomnia.
Located in the heart of Rajaji National Forest, the retreat is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a serene escape into nature. Just a short 5-10 minute walk leads to the sacred Ganga River, perfect for peaceful moments by the water. This tranquil setting blends the forest’s calm with the spiritual energy of the Ganga, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and renewal.
