Tai chi is the ancient art of meditation in motion. It promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. In Vietnamese, the words mean cultivating (tai) energy (chi), yet the derivation is said to be from the Chinese, t’ai chi ch'uan, meaning supreme ultimate fist. For thousands of years, the Vietnamese people have practiced tai chi for their physical and psychological well-being. Tai chi is a way of life, totally in harmony with ourselves and the universe. Tai chi can be practiced by virtually anyone, regardless of age or health.
Yoga is an integration of physical, mental, and emotional exercises designed to balance and unify the mind, body, and spirit. The goal of yoga is to bring the yogini closer to the divine to attain perfect spiritual insight and tranquility during practice. Hence, the Sanskrit word yoga literally means yoke, meaning to unite or attach to the divine.
Yoga strengthens, promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, alleviates stress, cultivates balance, and calms the mind. The yoga style the instructors teach is a flow (Vinyasa) from one Hatha yoga posture to another, synchronizing the breath with each movement. All levels from beginner upwards are welcomed.
Chakra balancing uses specific yoga postures. There are 7 main chakras or energy centers represented by colors. Each chakra impacts our physical, mental, and spiritual health. How you feel, think, and ultimately the choices you make will impact your chakras and make you who you are right now. Cleansing of the chakras (mentally and physically) energizes and restores them.

"The resort is amazing and the service, particularly the attention and efforts of Cyp, were fantastic. I only have two comments:"
"1) the wifi in the restaurant and the pool is unreliable - constantly coming in and out (small thing but and irritating and solvable)"
"2) the yoga offering was disappointing. The pictures would suggest that you are doing this on the platform over the water, outside, which is not the case. You are actually inside and while the large windows are open you are above the pool and the laughing and squealing of children is very distracting. The yoga instructors are sweet, but they are not specialists in he field, which the offering of yoga retreat would imply. I think they are just regular staff that have been trained to lead a class. And there is only one class a day. For a retreat I would expect more instruction, with more experienced teachers, in a more appropriate setting."
"Outside the disappointment with the yoga, the experience was an 11 on a ten point scale. The property is a little piece of heaven and the vison of the owners is palpable. It was a real treat to have three days to experience such a special resort. "
"The resort was wonderful and serene. I had a very relaxing time. Enjoyed it thoroughly."
"We have been to this resort twice in the past few years (2014/15) and we are hopefully returning again soon. I have been reluctant to review it as I wanted to keep it a secret I love it so much but I do feel that the staff also deserve their due praise. It is an absolutely peaceful and tranquil resort staffed by the most delightful, friendly and helpful staff. The resort is led by a fabulous manager, Khoa, who goes out of his way (above and beyond) to make sure that guests are always happy and satisfied with their stay. He leads by example and you can tell that the staff truly enjoy working there. We have stayed in the Aqua Bungalows both times and just love watching the local fishing boats go by in the mornings and evenings. It is remote and that is the point. You go there to be there. If you need somewhere to stay in Hue so you can see the sights then stay elsewhere but make sure you book in here for a few nights to relax and unwind at the end of your trip. You won't regret it. Our favorite place in Vietnam!"

"The property sits on a lagoon, which contrary to previous reviews, is quite clean and surrounded by majestic mountains; there are many, many post card picture opportunities. The room is large, well laid out and the bed very comfortable. Your private dipping pool is a blessing after a long hot day and breakfast by far the best I have had in 40 plus years of travelling."

"If you love "getting away from it all" then this is the place for you! Very secluded, peaceful and amazing views across the lagoon. You are a "captured audience" as no other cafes, restaurants around, but the menu is quite extensive and breakfast has an amazing selection. My daughter and I shared the "Honeymoon Suite" for the first two nights - which had its own pool and pick up by resort buggy - as a long staircase down to the bottom of the road to go to breakfast or riding your included bicycles. We then moved into our own bungalow each over the lagoon - number 3 and 4 and it was just amazing. The only one with its own pool. Treat yourself and book one or both of these! The staff were all amazing and the spa treatments excellent. I didn't want to leave."
