Fall in love with a beautiful place in the heart of Puglia when you join this yoga retreat. As a member of the Vedaguru Association, you will be able to take yoga lessons, take part in a cultural and natural tour, and learn the benefits of Ayurveda in a marvelous place surrounded by nature. Yoga is a personal activity that looks different for each person. Yoga is not about how you look on the outside; it is about how you feel on the inside.
You will be staying at Montecarretto Country House during the retreat. A double room or a single room with a private bathroom is available. There are three suites: one is in the Trulli main building, one is in the old barn, and the other is in an old ruin, all renovated, preserving the original state.
Each room has the name of the plant grown near or inside it (like the fig tree in the old ruin). All rooms are very comfortable, providing tranquility and repose in a refined and welcoming environment. All have a private bathroom, kitchenette, and terrace.
Check in after 2 p.m. Check-out of room is before 11 a.m. but it is possible to stay at the venue, the pool, etc. using external toilet.
