Neredu Valley has fairly basic but comfortable accommodations.

Veda Balance India Yoga Retreat Program

This retreat includes yoga, meditation, pranayama, breath work, bodywork, music and dance, and self-discovery with morning and afternoon classes.

Sharing will help you to immerse deeper into connection with yourselves and others. You will feel your body perception, sensations, and mind, and practice awareness as well as mindfulness on the way to a fulfilled and happy life.

Renate Eisenmann
Renate, a physio- and psychotherapist, studied and taught yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation for nine years in India before she founded Prana Veda Bali, a healing place on the north coast of Bali. With a lot of joy and fulfillment, she accompanies people on their way to their natural state of wholeness and holistic well-being.
Jana Effenberger
(Yoga)
Jana is a yoga teacher since 2013 (500-hour RYT) and longtime family member at Prana Veda Bali. Through yoga and meditation, she found a new and life-enhancing way to her inner self. With joy, she is sharing now this self-experience with others, to take everyone to a smiling and dancing heart with conscious bodywork.

Retreat location

The Neredu Valley is placed in a fairly remote location, surrounded by hills and windmills, 125 kilometers north of Bangalore. It offers calmness and peace in nature and wilderness and invites you for beautiful walks. The "Temple of Emptiness" is your space for meditation, pranayama, and yoga, breath work, and bodywork. Music and dance will support you on the way to self-discovery.

Food

In Neredu Valley, you will be served traditional Indian food three times per day, adjusted to Western taste. The food is vegetarian (without meat and fish).

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR).

The flight to Bangalore needs to be booked and paid separately as well as pick up and drop off taxi service from the airport in Bangalore.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
