During this course, you will be staying at a simple and comfortable accommodation in the Vasishta Yoga ashram. Most students enrolled in the course will be expected to share a room with one or two other trainees. However, students can also request for single accommodation and depending on the availability, this can be provided at an additional cost. There are Wi-Fi connection, printer, and telephone available in the ashram.

This yoga teacher training is a unique program for national and international yoga students from different traditions of yoga to experience the intensive and spiritual learning of traditional yoga. For many years, Vasishta Yoga has trained several yoga teachers all over the world. The focus of this course is to bring a practitioner's level to the teacher level and eventually, the master level, both in life and yoga.

Those new to yoga or those who are simply wishing to deepen their own practice are also welcome in this course. The course starts from the foundation level, continues with the intermediate level, and then with the advanced level.

Students in the course will learn both traditional and modern methods of yoga, such as how to do body alignment in asanas, teaching methodology, philosophy of yoga and life, meditation, pranayama, and more. There is a team of masters, who are experts in different areas of yoga and spirituality, who will heartily share their knowledge in the course.

During the course period, the weather is perfect for practicing yoga with warm days and cooler nights. This four-week residential course is based on a traditional way of teaching, as well as applying modern methodology to challenge body and mind limitation. Vasishta Yoga provides meals and accommodation in the ashrams and a chance to study under the tutelage of a master teacher.

The aim of the training is to prepare students to be competent and confident yoga masters whilst guiding them to deepen their own understanding of yoga and its practical application in everyday life. Students will also have the opportunity to learn the practices of partner yoga which are immensely helpful for those who have stiff bodies and those of middle and advancing age and include important techniques in the practice of yoga therapy.

"True teachers use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross; then, having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create bridges in our guiding light and channeling God’s love. I will always keep this experience close to my heart. You will be one among all the teachers I will thank (next to Patanjali) whenever I start my yoga practice! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Om shanti."
