Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Atrim Gore, a gorgeous country home, dates back to the 18th century and is listed in the Domesday Book (1086).

Think log fires, cozy rooms, and stunning views. You’ll be practicing yoga in the very special yoga barn, overlooking the gardens and nature beyond. Each bedroom is furnished beautifully with comfy beds and stunning views. All linen and towels will be provided.

Program

Value Your Mind is extremely excited to be hosting this very special spring gratitude retreat. Value Your Mind ran this one last year on Mother's day weekend and as it was such a success, they are running it again.

It’s open to anyone but of course being right after mothers day, it does make the perfect gift or opportunity to spend with your loved one.

This weekend is all about connection and gratitude. It makes their hearts sing that the timing and venue couldn’t be more perfectly matched with this intention.

Arrive at 3 p.m. on Friday. Leave at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Friday

  • Ayurvedic chef, reset and pause by healing your gut and mind in true Ayurvedic style
  • Therapeutic yoga classes, designed to help you release tension in mind and body
  • Meditation to find space and clarity
  • 1-1 support in helping you nourish your mind and re-root you to the present moment
  • Welcome and setting in
  • Grounding yoga class
  • The start of your gratitude practice

Saturday

  • Morning ‘getting back into your body’ yoga practice
  • Breakfast
  • Free time for walks and to do as you please

How to get there

Arrival by car

The easiest way to get to the retreat is to drive. The venue is approximately three hours from London.

Arrival by train

There is also a train station in Dorchester with direct trains from London.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 16.94% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
