Since training and working within mental health services, Nathalie has had a passion for the promotion of mental well-being. She created Value Your Mind with the aim to provide a service that thinks about your physical and mental well-being. Using her background in mental health and yoga, alongside her knowledge and interest in healthy eating, she provides a bespoke wellness coaching service that puts how you feel at the front of everything it does.

I feel very lucky to say I got to be a part of VYM's first yoga retreat in the south of France! As I only started going to yoga a few months prior to the retreat I was worried I would not be able to keep up with the classes but both Nat's and EmJay's classes left me feeling strong and energised. Delicious and healthy vegetarian food helped me along the way too!
The Villa is lovely, spacious and welcoming but what really stood out for me was the stunning surroundings, tree's as far as you can see, a stream running through the back garden and the opportunity for fabulous hikes on the doorstep of the property.
The retreat is a great way to reset both body and mind and come back feeling refreshed with a healthy and positive outlook. I have continued my practise since returning and I am even booking in for next year!
