Camilla is a certified yoga teacher 200-hour from Nirodha Yoga School, Koh Phangan in Thailand January. She practiced yoga more like exercises for the body and soon she discovered the benefits for her mind. Than she decided to go deeper into her practice and to become a yoga teacher. 'Yoga increase not only our flexibility and body strength, but also calm our mind from all the thoughts that are running through our head constantly. I fall in love with the result of being calm, focused and present. I’m very excited to share my experience with you in this beautiful land Tuscany in Italy'.
Daria Atanasof is a certified yoga 200-hour teacher from Nirodha School, Koh Phangan, Thailand. She is a former student of Jivamukti Yoga School in NYC, where she discovered her passion for the yoga practice already 10 years ago. In 2014, she attended a 10 days meditation retreat in Kopan Buddhist Monastery, Nepal. There she learned about Mahayana (Tibetan) Buddhist tradition as the path to ultimate happiness and different meditation techniques. Currently, she is teaching a few yoga classes per week, organizing weekend workshops and a yoga retreats worldwide.
