Camilla is a certified yoga teacher 200-hour from Nirodha Yoga School, Koh Phangan in Thailand January. She practiced yoga more like exercises for the body and soon she discovered the benefits for her mind. Than she decided to go deeper into her practice and to become a yoga teacher. 'Yoga increase not only our flexibility and body strength, but also calm our mind from all the thoughts that are running through our head constantly. I fall in love with the result of being calm, focused and present. I’m very excited to share my experience with you in this beautiful land Tuscany in Italy'.
I have a real passion for food and I like quality, organic food. The best taste is when I make it grown in my own garden here in Italy. I lived and worked as a chef in London. There I understood, that the people are very curious about the way, that the original Italian food is prepared and I decided to create a cooking class. So far, they have been very successful and tasty. Nothing is better than quality and fresh food. I keep a lot of secrets from my grandma and my family recipes, but my biggest secret is cooking with love and I hope you will discover this taste in person.
