The Vagabond Temple retreat center is located in a quiet corner of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The heart of the Vagabond Temple Yoga and Meditation Retreat Center is the large, welcoming, traditional Khmer house.

The home retains many original features, including handmade bamboo and wood furniture, as well as a collection of decorative cultural pieces. The house is surrounded by a lush garden, with a variety of exotic fruit trees, plants, flowers, birds, and butterflies.

Vagabond Temple invites you to come and experience this beacon of peace and tranquility for yourself. The house also has Wi-Fi, a laundry service, a spiritual library, several relaxing communal and silent spaces, and a fully equipped open-air yoga hall. Sleeping options include dormitories, garden huts, and private rooms.


Vagabond Temple has several comfortable mixed gender dormitories that can accommodate four to six people. These dormitories are located in the main house and have bunk beds, their own bathroom with hot water, mosquito nets, and a fan. The low-cost dormitory has a communal veranda and bathroom facilities just inside the main house.

Garden hut

The wooden garden hut has its own veranda, situated in the temple gardens. The garden hut has a double bed, mosquito nets, and a fan. Guests can use the shared bathrooms behind the main house.

Private rooms

The comfortable and relaxing private rooms are located in the main house, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with hot water, wardrobe, and a fan.

Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India (Yoga)
Pazit is a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher, a life coach and holistic healing therapist specialising in reiki, sound healing, and reflexology. Throughout the years, she has taken part in a variety of Buddhist retreats, while deepening her yoga practice, she became a certified yoga teacher at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India, as well as a Kundalini yoga teacher as taught by yogi Bhajan. Pazit’s experiences and studies in reiki,yoga, meditation and tantra inspired her to develop and build her own dedicated practice.
Kobi is a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher, a nutritional and holistic health counsellor and life coach. A life long student, Kobi has trained with great yoga masters around the world—mostly in India, Thailand and Israel. He has extensive experience and education in varying styles of yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin and Iyengar. At Vagabond Temple reterat center, Kobi uses his extensive theoretical knowledge complemented with years of practical experience in gently guiding people on their path to self-realization.

Sihanoukville is Cambodia’s main beach destination, located on the beautiful Southern coast. Although a tourist destination, Sihanoukville has managed to retain its laid back atmosphere, situated on pearly white sand beaches and fairly undeveloped tropical islands.

Vagabond Temple is a keen enthusiast of all things regarding nutrition, health, and conscious eating habits. You will be brought delicious and healthy vegan meals three times a day, seven days a week. There is a resident cook that will put together some traditional Cambodian dishes, so you will have the opportunity to try home-cooked local cuisine as well as Western-style dishes. Every morning, there are fresh vegetables delivered, so they are full of flavor while your meals are also made with love.

Arrival by airplane

Sihanoukville is easily accessible by road and air. The most expensive option is a direct flight to Sihanoukville Airport (KOS). A cheaper option is to fly to Phnom Penh Airport (PNH). The most inexpensive option is a flight to Bangkok in the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). From Sihanoukville, Vagabond Temple can arrange a tuk-tuk to pick you up from the airport, bus station, or town.

Arrival by taxi

When you arrive at Phnom Penh Airport (PNH), you can take a taxi to Sihanoukville. It will take about four hours, and Vagabond Temple can help arrange the taxi for you, which will cost around 50 USD.

Arrival by bus

From the Phnom Penh Airport (PNH), you can take a bus ride going to Sihanoukville. The price of the bus ticket is about 10 USD. You can check out these bus companies Giant Ibis Transport, Phnom Penh Sorya Transport, and Capitol Tours that go through Sihanoukville.

From the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), you can take a bus to Sihanoukville, which will take approximately 12 hours.
