This retreat will be held at Underneath the Mango Tree Hotel in Dikwella, Sri Lanka. Surrounded by 273 coconut trees, Sri Lanka's most southern beach and spa hotel features lonely mango trees with their sweet fruits, scattered around the hotel area.
During this retreat, dosha tea, fruit juices and water is provided. You will be served a daily three-course breakfast menu with fruit and a cereal buffet, egg dishes, freshly pressed fruit, juice,water, coffee, and tea. One daily Ayurveda-buffet lunch, a daily four-course dinner menu featuring local products and including a cocktail aperitif and water, afternoon tea and cake, daily fruit buffet in the marketplace, and free drinking water.

They travel a lot throughout the country to try and taste and visit local farmers and question neighbors. They pick and choose the best that Sri Lanka has to offer. Be it Nalin's fish, Ravi's papaya, Roshan's buffalo milk or Dinesh's vegetables, they need to know the suppliers personally.
Besides the focus on Sri Lanka's overwhelming world of spices, they will also let their European and Austrian backgrounds influence the cooking. Right now, they are making their own brezels, baking their own bread and Austrian pastries. They also produce their own jam with a selection of Sri Lankan fruits. Udawalawa National Park is one of the biggest and most popular in Sri Lanka. This park is known for its large populations. Also, you can spot many different types of birds, peacocks, and much more. From the locals called "Goll", has a fort which was built by the Dutch but also has an influence from the British colonies. From the fort, you have a great view of the ocean. Dont miss out on the opportunity to undertake a memorable boat safari on the picturesque Koggala Lake. The bird island, also known as Madol Doova, is an uninhabited island and a nesting ground for Koggalas water birds. A small island in the middle of the lake is called Cinnamon Island, where you can venture out and talk to locals about the wonders of cinnamon.
There are many more islands located on the lake such as Temple Island, which is visited often during full moon and Herb Island, which is famous for its Ayurvedic products. The price for this tour is 15000 LKR for two persons, 20000 LKR for three persons, and 25000 LKR for four persons.
Located in the southwest, it is an UNESCO world natural heritage site. Many animals and plants are endemic and rare. Sinharaja rainforest is one of the few virgin forests left in the world. The entrance fee is 35000 LKR for two persons, 42000 LKR for three persons, or 49000 LKR for five persons.
Yala National Park is 75 kilometers of adventures waiting to be discovered by you. The park is best known for its variety of wild animals. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan leopards, and aquatic birds. The price for this attraction is 35000 LKR for two persons, 44000 LKR for three persons, or 53000 LKR for four persons.
