Yoga came into Xuan's life by chance 18 years ago when she lived in New York. After 10 years in the world of marketing and banking, she decided to turn herr life around and give her dedication to the wellbeing of others through yoga. It was in Barcelona where she developed and deepened her practice, and from there, she discovered her vocation for this discipline. Xuan started practicing Ashtanga yoga Mysore, however her style has evolved and today she has a great interest in moving meditation with styles such as Vinyasa, Dharma, or Jivamukti.
