Padang Padang Surf Camp in Bali is a true surfer accommodation. Located within walking distance there is a variety of breaks that are suitable for surfers of all standards. Uluwatu, Padang Padang, Impossibles, Bingin, Dreamland, and Balangan are all easily accessible from the centrally located Padang Padang Surf Camp.

The surf camp is located in Padang Padang and near to Uluwatu. Enjoy excellent views of the Bali Bukit peninsula as it is located in a central area with many restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. All of the rooms are private and have air conditioning and en-suites. This is a full-service surf camp that has a restaurant, massage area, fast Wi-Fi, coworking facilities, skate ramp, a Basketball and tennis court.

Padang Padang Suf Camp also offers surf lessons and surf guiding for all levels as well as yoga classes.

Yoga

  • Yin / Restorative yoga, ball therapy, and guided relaxation are practices to help you de-stress, relax, and rejuvenate after an active day at the beach
  • Vinyasa flow is more energizing and strengthening and can be a good way to start the day
  • Pranayama / breathing exercises such as ‘breath of fire’, ‘alternate nostril breathing’, ‘Wim Hof’, ‘bees breath’, ‘breath retention’, and simply slowing the breath down, can all be effective ways to regulate your nervous system in a beneficial way

Conscious breathing is often the most powerful part of yoga practice and induces a profound sense of serenity that builds over time and can be life-changing.

This program will take place in the Badung Regency of Bali.

About the Location

The Padang Padang area has many restaurants / bars, clothing shops, surf shops, and convenience stores all within a short walk from the surf camp. Padang Padang beach, Impossibles, and Bingin Beach are all walking distance from the Bali Surf Camp. Dreamland and Uluwatu are about 2 miles away. Motorbike and taxi transportation is cheap and readily available via the GoJek Application. Directions to Padang Padang Surf Camp

A variety of world-class breaks are very close to the Premier Bali Surf Camp and Yoga Resort, and there is a choice of white sand beaches. Padang Padang beach was the location for the beach scenes in the Julia Roberts movie: Eat, Pray, Love. They are more Eat, Sleep, Surf, but the point is that this is a spectacularly beautiful beach, and there is a great vibe there at sunset with travelers from all over the world and friendly locals.

Surf Shops

White Monkey Surf Shop is 200 meters from us. There is also a Channel Islands Surfboard Shop and Drifter, a high-end surf shop, a short 10-minute walk away. Kuta, one hour away, has the most surf shops in the world! You can find anything you need related to surfing in Bali in Uluwatu, Kuta, or Canngu.

Shopping / Nightlife

There is great shopping in Kuta which is about 1 hour from surf camp. Uluwatu and Padang Padang enjoy a vibrant nightlife with many sunset drinks or live music/DJ options available every night. They arrange evening activities at the camp, which vary from a cultural experience at the Uluwatu Temple to party nights at Cashew tree and Single Fin.

Daily Breakfast and Lunch

Organic breakfasts and lunches are included in the price. Made with love by local Balinese chefs — using only the freshest ingredients — the delicious S.L.O.W. (Seasonal, Local, Organic, Whole) menu can be adapted to suit any dietary requirements.

Food in Bali is very tasty with a great variety of both western and eastern food. Seafood is particularly good. Jimbaran seafood is world-famous and absolutely delicious – fish, crab, lobster, prawns, and clams.

The surf camp package includes breakfast and lunch at surf camp (alternates between western and Indonesian on a daily basis). There are many excellent dinner options within a short distance from the surf camp.

They usually have a delicious barbeque at the surf camp on Saturday night. Guests often join each other for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

For a more local experience, there are several great warungs to choose from.

The closest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), which is a 1-hour drive from the surf camp in good traffic conditions. The airport transfer service takes away some of the hassles of travelling. Airport transfers are included if you stay at least one week and are available as an optional extra for shorter stays. You will be met outside the international or domestic arrival terminal by someone holding a Padang Padang Surf Camp sign.
