Life Changing Online Yoga Teacher Training

This 300-hour online YTT is the natural next step following a foundational 200-hour YTT program. The strong base you built in the 200 hours will now be nurtured into professional skills as a yoga teacher at the comfort of your own home. You will learn new skills, explore advanced poses, and even become qualified to lead your own yoga training. You have the opportunity to train with world-class western and eastern instructors who will take you further into the physical and theoretical aspects of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. You will build on your foundation with daily practice and dive deeper in philosophy and anatomy. You will also deepen your practice in pranayama and meditation to connect the body, mind, and spirit and create a holistic practice.

Workshops

Receive special workshops to deepen your skills. Learn about working with injuries, using props, giving adjustments, class design, and sequencing. Also get lectures on professional development, creating your own courses, and student-teacher relations.

Analytics

Examine the form, alignment, principles, and function of key poses from each category. Learn about their common foundation and how to build upon them to achieve advanced variations. Learn also how to modify poses for beginner students and accommodate students with special needs.

Anatomy and physiology

Gain a deeper understanding of the anatomy and the effect yoga has on the body. Study more the specific health benefits of various asanas and techniques to treat illness and injury, release trauma and depression, and serve prenatals and seniors.

Traditional philosophy

Cultivate an authentic yogic lifestyle through a deep understanding of traditional yoga philosophy. Topics include the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, 8 limbs, chakras, nature of self/soul, tantra, karma, and Ayurveda. In addition to readings and writing assignments, these modules include interactive lectures where students can share their thoughts and experiences to develop and grow.

Teaching assessments
