ULU Aerial is rooted in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Each morning incudes a two-hour guided class to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body and mind. Classes are suitable for beginners, but also dynamic and challenging.

Finish the course will an amazing traditional yoga practice on beautiful Bingin Beach. This is not an Aerial yoga class, but instead a mindful journey to help integrate your training experience and connect with mother nature.
For additional fee ($15) the group will visit Santai Recovery Spa, a peaceful garden sanctuary in Bingin with a large dry sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, and a tropical swimming pool.
Participants should be in good physical condition and practice yoga or other fitness activities regularly. Try to take at least a few Aerial classes before starting this course. You should be able to touch your toes, hold plank for 45 seconds, do inversion against the wall for 10 seconds.
On this training, you will practice with ULU Yoga's amazing AirSwing, which has cushion padding offering greater comfort and stability compared to regular aerial hammocks. It's much easier for beginners and you will love it!
In Bali you should do 1 hour of daily self-study outside of class. This will deepen your understanding and enhance your overall experience. Recommended activities include: reading the training manual, reviewing notes or media from the day's sessions, designing your original yoga class, journal assignments.
This training includes 10 hours of required online study. You’ll receive over 50 hours of videos covering all course topics. You can choose what material serves you best. Just simply watch or practice along with the videos. You can complete the studies before or after the training.

Edward (USA) started yoga in 2007. He has studied and taught all over the world and completed training in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, traditional Thai massage, meditation, and Aerial yoga. In 2014, Edward founded ULU Yoga and began offering 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training. Before yoga, Edward taught university education, worked in music theatre production and volunteered at numerous permaculture farms and eco-retreat centers. Edward’s passion is to inspire others through creative exploration and empower students to change their lives to help others.
Minty (USA) has been teaching with ULU Yoga for several years. She completed 200-hour Vinyasa, 200-hour multi-style, and 100-hour Aerial yoga teacher training. Minty’s passion to share happiness and health led her down the path of healing. She further advanced her skills with certifications in Reiki II, craniosacral therapy, EFT therapy, Tantric massage therapy, and osteopathic yoga alignment. Minty teaches to inspire students to find their best selves and to understand and build connections between the mind, body, and spirit.
Héloïse has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has been dedicating the last six years to following her heart and deepening her own practice in the Himalayas, Thailand, and Bali. She is a certified Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher and has completed additional training on the Chakra system, Thai massage, SUP yoga, Aerial yoga, and multiple modalities of emotional and energetic healing. Héloïse believes that yoga is a tool that can be used for self-healing, and purification of mind, body, and soul, as well as a path back to your true self.
Lloydie has been teaching Acroyoga and Yoga Anatomy for over 2yrs. He teaches weekly Acroyoga and Yin classes across Bali, and anatomy on Yoga teacher trainings. Lloydie is certified under Yoga Alliance 200hr multi style yoga, and also under Yoga Alliance Professionals 200hr Acroyoga. He previously studied Sports Science at University and ice bath and breath work facilitating in Bali. He has a background in track and field, football, and was a professional Firefighter for 18yrs in London. Lloydie's passion is to help people combine a love for movement and exercise that is safe and sustainable.
