If you are serious about gaining deep knowledge or learning to teach, join the complete 6-day 50 50-hour course. If you have limited time, join the 4-day 30-hour training. You will attend all classes days 1-4, no online work is required.
This Meditation Teacher Training can lead to a profound life life-changing transformation. Meditation, breathwork, and yoga are ancient practices going back thousands of years. They offer insight into the true nature of reality. On this course, you may discover the divinity within you by living fully in the present moment. Receive the tools to let go of destructive habits and false beliefs, liberate yourself, and find happiness.
Each morning begins with meditation to cultivate mental clarity, concentration, and inner peace. Practices include: Vipassana (mindfulness meditation), mantra meditation, meditation, transcendental meditation (TM), loving-kindness meditation, energetic body scanning, guided visualization, trataka (candle gazing), dynamic Osho meditation, walking meditation. One night, you do sunset meditation on the beach.
Practices include Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath), Bhastrika (Bellows Breath), Ujjayi (Victorious Breath), Sheetali (Cooling Breath), Sheetkari (Hissing Breath), Nadi Shodhana (Channel Purification), Bhramari (Bee Breath), Holotropic Breathwork, Wim Hof Method, Box Breathing (Square Breathing), Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing (Belly Breathing).
Each morning includes a guided practice of Hatha or Vinyasa yoga. Classes are led by the senior Western trainers who have decades of experience. The evenings include Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, or yoga Nidra. Each class follows a specific theme to connect with the other meditation and breathwork practices. Classes are beginner-friendly and do not require any previous training or advanced level of fitness.
Get to know each other and connect on a deeper, more personal level. How are you feeling? Why are you here? What are you struggling with in life? How can you modify this course to best serve your individual needs? How can you integrate the teachings of this course back home? How can you share these gifts with others? There may be journaling assignments to do in class or as homework.

They ask that all participants be courteous and respectful toward fellow students and teachers. You will get a special excursion to a famous tourist destination like Bingin Beach, Padang Padang Beach, Dreamland Beach, Suluban Cave, or Uluwatu Temple. You will also visit a luxury ocean view detox centre with multiple saunas, a cold plunge, and a sound dome. In the evening, you can explore special events such as ecstatic dance and contact improv (an additional 10 USD). Or you can skip these outings and simply relax at the resort's beautiful ocean view infinity pool, connecting with other retreat guests, enjoying personal time, journaling, or doing additional self-practice or meditation in the yoga shala.
Manjeet started yoga and self-awareness path in 2009. He completed his 200-hour, 300-hour, yoga therapy modules 1 and 2 multi-style YTT with Parimukti Yoga in India. He also has certifications in meditation training and Iyengar yoga. Manjeet has taught 3000+ hours in 50-plus yoga and meditation teacher training specializing in Hatha yoga, meditations, practical yoga philosophy, chakras, pranayama, and more. He has a very human approach to yoga and believes in personalizing practices for everyone. Emotional awareness and making a light, playful space also is Manjeet's specialties.
Since the age of 9, Kalpana started learning yoga from her father Dhanjibhai Khagram. After the age of 18, she went to London for her further studies in radiology. She always went to many yoga classes in London. After completing her studies in London, she went to India In Rishikesh and took an intensive yoga teacher training course at Sivananda Ashram. Yoga has always been her passion and she never stopped studying to update her knowledge up to today. From 1982 to 1986, she did a television series teaching yoga on the local Kenyan television and published her first book, Yoga For Health.
Minty (USA) has been teaching with ULU Yoga for several years. She completed 200-hour Vinyasa, 200-hour multi-style, and 100-hour Aerial yoga teacher training. Minty’s passion to share happiness and health led her down the path of healing. She further advanced her skills with certifications in Reiki II, craniosacral therapy, EFT therapy, Tantric massage therapy, and osteopathic yoga alignment. Minty teaches to inspire students to find their best selves and to understand and build connections between the mind, body, and spirit.
Héloïse has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has been dedicating the last six years to following her heart and deepening her own practice in the Himalayas, Thailand, and Bali. She is a certified Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher and has completed additional training on the Chakra system, Thai massage, SUP yoga, Aerial yoga, and multiple modalities of emotional and energetic healing. Héloïse believes that yoga is a tool that can be used for self-healing, and purification of mind, body, and soul, as well as a path back to your true self.
Lloydie has been teaching Acroyoga and Yoga Anatomy for over 2yrs. He teaches weekly Acroyoga and Yin classes across Bali, and anatomy on Yoga teacher trainings. Lloydie is certified under Yoga Alliance 200hr multi style yoga, and also under Yoga Alliance Professionals 200hr Acroyoga. He previously studied Sports Science at University and ice bath and breath work facilitating in Bali. He has a background in track and field, football, and was a professional Firefighter for 18yrs in London. Lloydie's passion is to help people combine a love for movement and exercise that is safe and sustainable.
Leila Friedman (Swiss) has a dynamic range of life experience and skills to share. She grew up traveling the world as a fashion model, actress and TV host. She has completed several 200 and 300 hour Teacher Trainings in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pre and Post Natal, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Trauma informed Yoga. Leila is a certified Holistic Health Coach, NLP life coach, Human Design Reader, Level 4 Heart Centered Reiki Grand Master Teacher, Advanced Chakra Healing Practitioner, and a Raw Vegan Dessert Chef. She has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500.
