Bounty Resort features deluxe sea view rooms with large balconies, fan bungalows with great sea views, modern fan rooms, and air-con rooms with partial sea view balconies. Shared rooms have two double beds. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. You can also just pay tuition and book your own accommodation. To complete this course in 21 days, some evenings will include additional classes, special workshops, or self-study. Also during mealtimes, there will be some lectures.

Yoga Practice

Each morning and evening includes traditional Hatha or vinyasa yoga practice plus meditation and pranayama. You will be guided by a senior instructor and plus receive adjustments from an assistant to further improve your practice. There is also 1-2x week Aerial, Acro, Yin, and SUP yoga.


Analyze the form and function of individual yoga poses from various categories. Learn about their common foundation and how to build upon it in order to achieve correct alignment and technique, advanced variations, and modifications for different levels, styles, and needs.

Teaching Practice

Practice teaching every day. Learn teaching skills, cueing, sequencing, corrections, and adjustments. Receive detailed feedback to grow and develop into a competent instructor.


Special classes include yoga for injuries, hands-on adjustments, transitions, sequencing, class design, prenatal yoga, mantra singing, advanced pranayama, and meditation techniques, working with props, and more.


Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems, structures, and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how specific muscles respond to the movements of the joints with biomechanics; how alterations of a pose can enhance or reduce effectiveness; how the spine, breathing, and body positions are all fundamentally linked.


Discover your true self and the deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Learn to apply these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic lifestyle. Topics include the Vedas, yoga sutras, Bhagavad Gita, 8 limbs, nature of self/soul, nadis, chakras, consciousness, karma, gunas, ego, tantra, and more.

Precourse Studies

To help you prepare and go deeper into more difficult topics you will receive some readings and videos that you can do before prior to arrival. There is also a daily chat and optional live classes for you to meet the instructors and other students.


ULU stands for Universal Love and Understanding. Since 2014 ULU Yoga has trained thousands of new instructors in Thailand and Bali and online. ULU Yoga strives to be creative and unique while still honoring the sacred wisdom of traditional yoga.


ULU Yoga is a 200/300/500-hour registered school with Yoga Alliance ID 198078. Upon successfully completing this course you will receive a certificate of completion and can join Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher 500-RYT.


Over the years ULU Yoga has grown into a big family with master western and Indian instructors who have lifetimes of experience leading teacher training around the world. In Thailand, you will be taught primarily by Janaina Mendes and Cody Pizer. Online classes also feature Manjeet Mathur, Kehkashan Nadeem and Kalpana Karia. All instructors are Yoga Alliance RYT-500.

Included excursions

Depending on availability, weather, and other restrictions; excursions may include visiting nearby beaches and scenic tourist points for yoga practice and study, ecstatic dance, kirtan, and sauna trip.
